Challenging career
The work content is vast, sometimes tyiring and stressful. It can be financially rewarding. Fees not always easy to collect. If it is status one wants to acquire it will meet that expectation but do little in securing work. Demands commitment and high standards in work.

Cons: Long working hours, stress, lots of reading, some traveling, limited social interaction

My experience includes managing and developing people as well as growing companies.
Experience gained over the past 28 years include engagement with SME's, Private and Public sector as well as large enterprises in the ICT and other market segments. Thrive working under pressure, equally enjoy new business development as well as building on-going and strategic relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Achieving of goals whilst maintaining good relationships is my greatest asset. Years of experience with very different and sometimes very challenging situations have taught me that change, flexibility and communication is key. I have the advantage of having worked for some truly dynamic leaders and I hope to build on the lessons I have learned. My ability to adapt to change, as well as my knowledge of the local and international markets are key skills I can bring to the table. Also understanding the social challenges to any given problem is imperative delivering great solutions through technology and services.

I would like to make a career change and looking for a new challenge.

I'm self employed
Im have been self employed fornthe past 5 months and have found it to be incredible. It does have its challenges but the pros definitely out weigh the cons. Such as the freedom of working in my own time, being my own boss. I am however beginning to realize at thisnpoint in my life I may have jumoed into sslf employment abit to early as things are moving as I thought they would hence me looking fornsomething else, how ever I am still going to continue with this dream on mine to be a voice over artist.

Highly experienced in working with people, clients oriented.
We provide maintenance of locomotives on a daily based. Working with clients and updating them. We do work in teams for our delivery to be fast. I have learned to respect my coworkers and team building. It was basically my second home as I have experienced that without my coworkers we won't deliver and my day won't be successful.

Great business mentoring experience
On a typical day at LOI Design I would handle daily admin and emails, have meetings with director and staff, review manufacturing schedules and deadlines, meet with clients, place orders with suppliers and manage budgets. As a an assistant project manager I managed staff below me and enjoyed a close working relationship with them as well as maintaining good relationships with suppliers. I had an excellent relationship with the director and as a result was given more and more responsibility. Working at the same company from a lower to a higher level taught me work ethic, focus and drive. I enjoyed all the challenges that come with moving parts at a design organization and project management level and working through the challenges the long working hours and travelling presented.

I learn something everyday, and I hope to pay it forward
I work for myself so my day consists of conversing with an array of people across a variety of industries on topics that can be technical and/or complicated in nature, but has the potential to impact so many layman South Africans in so many ways. it is is my job to translate the information in such a way that more people can relate to it and understand why it matters to them. I write/edit and proof read media articles, press releases, corporate content and any other digital information offering, whether a blog or podcast. I'm very good at extracting information from expert minds and transposing it into appropriate formats to reach a varied and large audience. Their is a lot of content out there and I'm well-equipped in finding newsworthy and consumable content and finding ways for the masses to find it, to want to read it and in the end extract value from it.
Pros: Educate, inform and inspire
Cons: Tight deadlines, and getting the information from the sources timeously
