Excellent learning curve

I work well with my colleagues, the challenges we have is our economy being not good because we are loosing customers. I have learned to respect and listen to other people's opinions so that I can also share my views in order to grow. I enjoy interaction with my customers and working hard to satisfy them.

Good experience and exposure

Assess and treat orthopaedic, neurological and NMS conditions in a sub-acute step down facility. Excellent working environment with frequent communication with doctor. Good, professional conduct amongst staff and other therapists. Therapists work in an interdisciplinary team. I enjoy working with geriatrics and this step-down rehabilitation unit focuses on geriatric patients. The most challenging aspect of this job is covering a full weekend when he rehabilitation unit is full (13 patients) with admin and family meetings.

Cons: Few staff; working hours can be long

Experience

I am energetic and enthusiastic about every new project and the challenges that it delivers. I have the ability to interact with all levels of/and multi-cultural clients and employees. I have gained experience in general office procedures and administration. I want to expand my knowledge and experience to optimize my individual potential. I give, in every aspect of life, more than 100%. I have not yet failed on any project and am not going to in the future. I believe in leading by example and motivating and not breaking down. I enjoy a challenge where the answer or solution is not always apparent. Solving problems and not creating or being one. I have a strong work ethic. I am a stickler for neatness. I am well motivated and will do my utmost to hold a company's name and reputation high! I want to enhance myself and gain experience and knowledge in the industry.

Intellectually stimulating

I am a SAIPA member and qualified accountant. I am hard working and ethical. My work is my pride and I enjoy being challenged in my work environment. System development is one of my strong points and being hardheaded is one of my weak points.

Business Process Engineering

My heart is in Business Process Engineering. With regard to my last job, no processes were in place. Designing, documenting and auditing of the processes were my typical work day. I also had to review and design all supporting forms and documents. I had a good relationship with all my co-workers. I learned you are never too old to learn. Designing the processes were sometimes challenging - to convince everyone processes are important.

Pros: I was able to work only 5 hours per day.
Cons: Travel time

Excellent experience gained
