Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Manage staff, and Learners Supervise employees in the training department to train, develop and assess trainees Using IT to produce training materials and manuals. Manage all training materials of company. Identify training and development needs within the division Design and develop on-site training and development programs based on both the division and the trainers needs Make monthly and quarterly training plans Help trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. Prepare and present various reports Identify quality of trainers Draw up and manage in-house training budgetPrepare and Justify budget to the Group Training Department

Great expirience
A good company for growth but not rewarding the empoyees. It has great employees that are so dedicated about work but they are not motivated by the employer

Hard worker, able to work in groups understands work dynamics easily I can say quick learner.
In my period of time working there within 2 years was promoted to an operator worked well with Co workers and customers appreciated my work very well and challenging aspects is was covering for an absent worker to make the production for that period.

It was a great experiential training for me.
I had a great relationship with the SCAW maintenance shop employees. They taught me a lot of things. From fixing fork lift engines to acid pumps. I came with a learning attitude and they were very grateful of my persona and work ethic.

Good work ethics and a competitive salary
like starti g work early to maximise my full energy. Manufacturing environment are characterised by hot and busy schedules. Which in most of the time prevent people from operating in their full potential. Early start and late finish are the best attributes of the succesful individuals. Companies that prosper are clear indication of the competent e executives and a better rewarding structure I would thrive in a company that reward their employees in accordance to their performance.
