I have grade 12 NQF 4 qualification and admin experience of 2 years

I am a loyal, friendly person I am a highly dedicated individual, motivated and self-driven. I am well organized, work well under pressure, I know how to work with people and I enjoy working with people. I can work individually or with a team, admin work is my favorite and I adapt easily to change, situation or new environment. I am able to solve problems and handle conflict and work efficiently with people. My skills are as follow Computer literate, organized, communication both written and verbal, I am fluent in three different languages, namely Afrikaans, English and xhosa I am responsible, word, excel and outlook

Pros: i am willing to do my work and respect those i work with
Cons: i expect those that i work with to treat me with respect

Working a wonderful experience and explore.

I have worked with many companies and if I may say they were all a great stepping stone towards my dreams. I enjoyed meeting with clients in a professional way and also learned a lot about the company and the service they render. At Sanlam we all worked to please our customers and learnt that team work is everything before our positions. What was most challenging was saying NO to a client instead I always listened and ensured that their needs were met with a smile on my face. Another challenge was marking sure that everytime me and my senior colleague met the highest score before the deadline. Working with Sanlam showed me how to ask for second opinion if you are not certian instead of giving out incorrect information. Working with Sanlam has given me the chance to change the way I used to think happened in the cooperative world.

Pros: Determination and hard work pays off
Cons: Working long hours to meet the clients needs

I have learnt a lot and impowerd

working at Sanlam really enjoyed it though it was hectic and work under pressure everyday as there is a target to reach each day and dealing with clients queries and complains having to resolve them & good communication. most of all i have learnt patients and being a good listener and being a team player having to learn different characters and tolerance most of all feeling good after resolving a client's query and knowing that the client is happy.

Pros: yes, have moved to another department & salary increase
Cons: Normal working hours 8-16 hours

Learning how to archieve targets

You work harder and smarter, you work under a lot of pressure to archieve goals that are set. Most challenging espect is learning how to deal with difficult clients and not reaching your target and you wony get paid month end because its commision based.

Pros: Setting your own pay check
Cons: Selling funeral policies on its own is not easy.

Hard worker and fast learner

She is a fully functioning member of the Helpdesk Administrator Team, working totally independently and efficiently. She noted in one instance that the rest of the team do not enjoy doing a particular task, so she took that on herself and owns the process. Her admin on her JIRA logs is exemplary – she ensures that the comments on the logs are fully detailed, so that come audit time we are easily able to answer to any queries we may receive from the internal and external auditors. This she did without being asked to do. Her manner in dealing with our Clients, be it in person or on the phone is always professional, friendly and helpful. She recently had to deal with a Sales Manager who needed detailed assistance and she stayed on the phone for over 50 minutes patiently walking him through the process again and again until he finally figured out what to do.

A lot can be learned

I assess claims. Make sure that all required documents are received,process all claims on the system amd attached required docs.i have learned a lot about different types of funeral claims,waiting periods etc. I work well with my colleagues and understand each one in their own individual rights. I enjoy being part of a solution hence making sure that i give feedback to our clients any any query sent to us. I am a goal driven individual,focused on my work. Possess self leadership skills. I am a fast learner and i pay attention to detail. I am honest and also adapt easily to change.

Great learning experience but growth limitations

Job is challenging and always changing. I interact with all departments as a senior level personal assistanto to both the business manager and the financial planning specia list. I get along well with my colleagues and enjoy the different aspects my job entails but looking for growth.

I'm hard working woman who can work as much as I can .willing to learn something new in every time.I like my jop.I'm make sure I work proper.I have computer skills and I'm good typist and can be quickly as possible
