its a friendly working environment,deliveries took time and the i have learnt to persuade customers,i enjoyed reaching my target and earning my bonus! cutting off date it was too early and reaching our monthly targets was difficult
Pros: there are promotions and growth at the company
Cons: there were no long working hours it was normal 8 hours

Excellent learning curve
I perform experience investigations BAU and adhoc projects. My relationships among co-workers are great. I have developed confidence in myself as I gained more experience since I started working e.g. sending emails without consulting my manager; without requiring a consultation. I enjoy building relationships to all the relevant developments that I work with e.g. IT, claims and finance. The most challenging is the BI and advoc projects because they most likely would have never been done before and requires a new perspective.
Pros: Bonuses are incredible, the people are great to work with.
Cons: Adhoc projects can take time to figure out

I have learneda lot, it has been a wonderful journey and my confidence has grown
It is a wonderful and pleasant company to work for, the level of work standard, morals and ethics is visible. All stakeholders (internal and external) are good to work with, the is mutual understanding and respect in all aspects. I have learnt the importance of transparency, effective communication, importance of meeting deadlines, time management, team work, independence, different cultures, the importance of interpersonal skills,conflict management and many more. The challenging aspects in adapting to the consent change and dealing with certain barriers(learning new systems). However what I enjoy the most is delivery a satisfying service to my senior managers and going the extra mile. I value the level of support and spirit of togetherness (team work).

To at all times render and offer quality service
I am accustomed to the fast paced environment which is common to an administration office/Call Centre and work well under pressure. I am highly organized, detail orientated, extremely neat on my person and working environment and have high regard for quality of work. Working in a multi-racial environment has enhanced my interpersonal and communication skills with people of all ethnic and employment backgrounds.

ive been in the same company (Sanlam) more than 5 years . ive learnt to be a team player . communication skills have improved and ive learned a lot in terms of my accounting skills

Great learning environment
My daily routine is to respond to clients emails, generating quotes for withdrawals and values of investment portfolios, dealing with debit orders(placing, investigating, changing dates). The work environment is competitive and vibrant. I enjoy serving the client to their satisfaction, it is a challenge but the results are always worth it. I have learnt a lot about the financial services industry.

Great sales experience
I had a great experience in sales and marketing. My whole year with the sanlam group was overwhelming and unforgettable. The manager there was very supportive and his mentoring skills were great. The challenging part of my job was having to sell the same products to the same group of people and convincing them to join your policy, this was also exciting at some times.

Hard work and excellent opportunities
I have vast experience in Sales and Marketing. I have more than 10 experience in Sales Industry. Have worked in different companies with excellency. Have met all the stats given to me that needed for month or year. Good proven track record

Lots of good things learnt
Since I've started working at Sanlam I learned how to work with other people and time management,our working hours would be 8am to 4am as field workers.. There a very good relationship that we built with my co workers because we would help each other on how to make sales and we would celebrate together when we have validated I learnt to build relationships with other people which comes with different attitude that must be tolerated friendly..I enjoy working with people very much and I first built relationship with them so that I can empathise with them.. However during this job what I never liked is when the month is not the same as other the fact that I would not get paid because of less business is very frustrating..
