Great industry but lousy systems to manage the work
My typical work day begins as a fire fighter because of my relationship with all the people at work. Patience is what I have learnt in this company as everything is haste and waste and the most enjoyable aspect is knowing that due to effort on my part every household gets to have a loaf of bread. Not having the authority that goes with the responsibility of my job

Business inheritance
Very nice environment with challenge and staff is well taken of. Working with a was also a learning process as a day never pass without learning a new thing either from the staff or the information on intranet. Report writing and being courteous with everything you do as it may be used in terms of legal compliance and business integrity.
Pros: Being involved in the companies general project and being entrusted to meet executives and other colleagues from other sites SHER strategies.

Great experience
The company kept my brain busy, since it's a company where I was expected to be involved in both mechanical and electrical department, it's gave me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and I took a liking in Mechanical just like with electrical ,it also gave me the opportunity also take an interest in Refrigeration which was a challenge that I was willing to take, since it's a company that uses a lot of water it made me get experience in detailed installation,as we had to use earth leakages in all our machines, daily experiences gave different challenges but we all have worked in unison that we got to minimise a lot down time caused by water breakdowns

Is to learn more than what i know in excel
my co-workers will describe me as a punctual , hard-working and trustworthy person. I'm trustworthy because few colleagues has confide in me with their deep secrets and I have kept their secret confidential and I'm proud to say I have never broken trust with my colleagues. In creditors clerk position I haven't learned to use excel it helps me to reconcile faster on big accounts , so it saves time. what I enjoy the most in my position is resolving queries on time because it keeps a good relationship with the suppliers .
Pros: Is to be creditors controller that is my short term goal
Cons: I can work extra hours when needed

Professional environment
Company is very professional and results driven with a lot of skilled workers who strive for perfection. Everyone is welcoming and professional. There are team leaders who assist where needed and you are taught the job by your co-workers. Negative is that there is sometimes a blame culture where if something bad happens everyone is looking to point fingers. The company treats employees well and diligent employees get promoted often to new and better roles

Excellent learning curve
My name is Badirile Moremong, I graduated in May 2015 with bachelor of commerce in statistics at North West University and I am currently in need of a role that will allow me to use my finance, planning, organizing and analytical skills gained from my degree. The nature of my degree course has prepared me in finance, planning, supply, organizing and stock control roles.it intricate a great deal of independence, requiring initiative and Self-ambition and wide range of skills. For few courses, forecasting, multivariate techniques and economics in understanding of the roles in finance, supply chain and data departments it is essential. I found those modules thought-provoking.

Excellent place for self equipment
I got there as a genersl worker but then i was promoted to being s process monitor when they acknoledged yhe talents i have, it has been a tough learning all the procedures and steps leading to having to fully developed product.

An excellent learning curve
An excellent company to work for. I have learned a lot and grown within the industry. The people are a pleasure to work with. There are many challenges with constant change but this is what has made me grow as a Credit supervisor. The ability to adapt to and accept change has made me stronger in my field.

EXCELLENT learning curve
I am a hard worker and I am proud of my job,I enjoy working with other people sharing my dkills and learning from them, Even though collecting money is not easy, I make good relationships with my customers so that they can pay in time.
