Diversity is a mother of success
I'm currently looking for a chance to work in the field I love and studies for which is plant production. I've enjoyed working with my previous employer in the poultry industry and proved to myself that I have whatever it takes to be able to successfully work in different agricultrual sectors. I've learned so much in my 5 years with Rclfoods regarding production as well as employee relations. I feel I'm more than equipped to work in the plant production industry as I have great foundation and understanding of production, I'm also in a position to learn more in the industry and grow both personally and professionally. I look forward to be a contributing member of the team, all I ask for is a chance.

Little salary, huge work
long working hours, i have a good relationship with my colleagues, except with the supervisor- she does not like anyone and that leads to the working condition being traumatising. By far, atleast I've learnt a lot of things practically than the theory I learnt at varsity. The most challenging aspect of the job is the little payment and the environment where we work in is compromising our health, too much dust and smell of ammonia.

Cons: No opportunity for promotion, long working hours, little salary

New challenges every day
RCL Foods Limited This is a very nice place to work at. My typical work day start at 8 o clock and ends at 16:30. I receive stock and receipt them, I do daily filing and emailing. I also do daily and weekly timesheets (Clockings), I issue PPE ( personal protective equipment ) to staff as they require them. I have a standard relationship with all my co-workers. I have learned so must here enabling me to act in 3 different positions for the past year. the most challenging aspect in my job is time management.
Pros: Being able to act in any position as long as it does not affect my current position

Fast leaner paying attention to details
I have learnt to work in a group which means i have learnt to be a team player people person Working with a stock which is reaching a particular target

Transforming company
Company is small and trying to transform from running like a family business into a creal corporate. Not much diverse and trying tp adopt latest effective ways of surviving in the market.

None learnerships
I really enjoy what I do, junior management is great at the current company I work for. What I've learnt at this current company is to is working on SAP I have gotten promoted 6 times already. I really enjoy my Co workers we have a great understanding and team work. The most challenging aspect of this job is the turn around time on orders the client does not really give a forcast more of JIT (just in time) the and the production department can not keep up with our 3 weeks holding stock supply it is always a rush once orders comes through but also exciting at the end because our team always gets the work done

Attention to details and thorough to work duties
A depot controller with drive determination and to oversee efficient receipts, storage and dispatching of wide range of goods. A hardworking individual with positive attitude.
Pros: Its a very challenging industry and I have a very good communication with the suppliers and clients
Cons: I used more time at work, mostly from 8am to 20pm

Ï‚§ Proficient multi-tasking operations
Overall Indeed is a fantastic place to work, but like most workplaces your enjoyment will depend on your team & manager. Some managers are outstanding & best in class, others are poor. The former will make you love your job, the latter will make you leave it. I don't think this is specific to Indeed, but have seen a mix in quality of managers. My own manager is world class, so I love my day to day.
Pros: Skill acquisition ,Great culture, fun and open environment.

No growth opportunities
Basically its a big company but some of the things are old even the system. Employees are nor cared for ...only cared for when they have to work extra hours but no remuneration for that even a thank you....sometimes we experience racial discrimination and we as employees aren't treated equally especially money wise ...we getting paid pennies.
Pros: Not fairly treating employees and no growing opportunities
