My name is Badirile Moremong, I graduated in May 2015 with bachelor of commerce in statistics at North West University and I am currently in need of a role that will allow me to use my finance, planning, organizing and analytical skills gained from my degree. The nature of my degree course has prepared me in finance, planning, supply, organizing and stock control roles.it intricate a great deal of independence, requiring initiative and Self-ambition and wide range of skills. For few courses, forecasting, multivariate techniques and economics in understanding of the roles in finance, supply chain and data departments it is essential. I found those modules thought-provoking.

Change is the only constant
No planning can be done for the day as your become a firefighter - co -workers do not know the scope of their duties and need help most times. I have however learnt to be much more patient as our systems are always slow. Having a salary Customer complaints and systems errors become a daily challenge

Making errors on the OHSAct quoting make one to learn in an unforgettable way
A day is well spent with colleague's. Good work relationship with colleagues. I have learned time management and coping with pressure. I enjoy working with all stakeholders which broaden my thinking. I enjoyed giving advice's on the OHSAct and legal compliancy The most challenging part is as follows: The job is so stranous emotional draining with a lot of reports to write and a lot of interruptions and a lot of documents and reviews and a lot of follow-up meetings.
Pros: Team building, company offer free meal
Cons: No annual bonus, long hour no overtime

Computer literate, Financial Acumen, Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working for RCL Foods is a typical work day, I do an 8:00 to 5:00 shift, Monday to Friday, plus a one weekend duty every month-end. I have a great relationship with y co-worker, as I'm able conduct myself around my superiors and those that report to me. I have learnt creative thinking, patience and understanding of individual's background diversity and their different religions. I've also learnt the art of flexibility and realisation that I am in a continuous learning mode. I enjoy following after my subordinates and setting off specific hours to get the work done. I am a great team player. The most challenging aspect of the job is customer service, lessening costs and profit chasing. I somehow oversee all that by ensuring the completeness of bill of materials, accurate costs allocations, proper valuation of inventory and accounting for end-product's sales, returns and profit.
Pros: I am definitely interested in growth and development.
Cons: I am already used to working beyond normal hours because the plan is to always deliver my work within allocated time frames.

Good for personal growth
It is really a great campony,the workers are good spirited and motivational people and the management is also great in dealing with every aspects of dealing of day to day issues,the only challenge i have is working in the fridges

Great working experience in the laboratory and plant
Great working experience, managing of projects and running of several analysis in the laboratory. Awesome colleagues with good communication skills, there are lot of challenges which arose daily and i was usually part of the rescuing team which equipped me a lot.

My Daily Tasks at RCL Foods
I arrive inside the plant at 05h30 to do my start up. In my start I ensure all machinery start ups have been done from electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and scales workshop. If anything is not complying to the requirements, I report to the Engineering Shift Controller. I also inspect all food contact surfaces before signing the Ecowise (cleaning agent) handover sheet. If there are any deviations, I urgently inform the Deep Cleaning supervisors for corrective action. I run my line sticking to the production plan, urgently reporting to Engineering breakdowns, issuing job cards for all breakdowns and furnishing the breakdown spreadsheet for end of shift purpose. I check my targets on hourly basis and complete my SICS. I train my team, motivate them and multi task them. It is very full-filling when employees who were initially resistant to change are more participating and involved. I do not feel challenged when I have to push Engineering personnel to do their job.

Fast paced company, highly unionized. High pressure. Good relationship with co-workers. I have learned a lot from payroll and IR. White dominated company.

I would like to further my studies through online studies
Am responsible of running day to day of the boiler with kind,knowledge and experience. I enjoy my collegue in my department of maintanance we look for each other. I've learn that been responsible come with focus and dedication

Excellent opportunities for creating many ideas. Being able to create supply chain system.
Problems solving and material planning Very good relationship The company is very cultural and workers are of afraid changes. Very union oriented, with two powerful trade unions. Time off for my studies and bringing in new ideas. Creating systems from a scratch. Trying to bring the staff to same level of thinking.Lack of urgency from the staff.
