It's a repetition of what i basically did at my previous job.
A typical day at work involves capturing invoices and credit notes from our bakery at Nelspruit. I liaise with different personnel there based on the suppliers that they deal with. My relationship with my coworkers is a professional one. I try not meddle in people's personal affairs. Our main purpose is to achieve our objectives and meet them in the best effective and efficient manner possible. I have learnt to be very patient. Suppliers can be very rude and difficult at times. the trick is to be patient, listen to them and generate solutions to make sure that they happy again and continue supplying their services to us. I enjoy the flexibility, i can choose what time to get in and what time to leave, as long as i have worked my 8 hours and i have achieved my objectives for the day.

Management and implementation of food safety management systems ie BRC,FSSC22000, YUM.
To whom it my concern A food technologist who is very dynamic and passionate about food safety and quality. Have been very privileged to have worked with YUM, BRC and FSSC 22000 implementation and management of the system. Production management and food processing expertise. Good at managing files jobcards
I do services on trucks where I normal drain oil remove oil filters and fuel filters and check if there's any loose bolts actually to correct any faults that I encount while inspection the truck and I like working as a team work i believe in teamwork because it makes my job easier.what I learned as team work is to respect each others opinion

Got to make use of professional CoEs in areas of change management, employee relations and reards
A very good company which was acquired by RCL from Foodcorp. After the acquisition, some roles became redundant. The company really offered growth and potential to branch out of ones role.

Valuable experience

To be a Senior Manager
To Whom it may concern I'm the High Risk Assembly Process leader of a Speciality plant in Worcester for Woolworths. My day today task is to oversee that process runs as per specification as required oversee,coordinate planning,in short what is required by a manager.I completed Project Production Operations Management at Unisa with a destingtion to move a Senior position.For five years I work at RCL Foods Rainbow chicken plant as a acting Process Leader and manage four different departments after five years I was promoted as Process Leader for Speciality.My biggest challenge was when I join Speciality I didn't know anything about the baking industry as we need to start up a new plant from start this was the biggest learning curve for me to move from chicken processing to baking in my first year I learned a lot and have grown in the business.
