Excellent for learning and growing experience

-Had an excellent relationship with former co-worker. -Have learnt to engage with most types of customers. -Enjoyed my work and making sales to reach my targets and going an extra mile -Challenging aspect for me was not having enough/what customers want. -On my typical day, would change give a new look to the displays attract new and passing customers/ re merchandise.

Creative and excellent

Think out of the box, your opinion is highly taken seriously and used to build my staff I'm working with. Very creative and systematic method used by Man agent to create a healthy working environment

Good working relationship with team

Rage is a very good company but we do not have any opportunities to grow as the insiders.they rather take someone from outside and give them positions

Not a good working environment

I had a bad experience working at rage. The building itself was in a poor condition followed by colleagues who were not team players. Warning were usually dished out unnecessarunnecessarily.

My long term career goal is to continue to learn and grow my skills and abilities, whist utilising my experience, knowledge and skills to benefit any employer i am working for. My duties in the company : - cashier - receive goods from suppliers - meet the target set by the manager - working ovetimes -team work

Opportunity for growth and excellent learning curve

I enjoy working in retail though sometimes it can be stressful,the long hours,too much pressure but in everything I work well and enjoy what I do and as well as interacting with my customers.i have learnt how to build relationships with my staff as well as my customers in the 9 years that I have worked in retail.I started as a casual in 2009 at Edcon then I had to work my way up because I became very passionate about retail.

Pros: Got an opportunity to learn about everything in the where by sometimes you must be a merchandiser , IT specialist ,cashier and even a canvasser.Before I joined this company I was more on the admin side but now everything changed I must do everything which help a lot.
Cons: the hours are not really long but in peak season we always tired and have work extra hours.

Its an excellent company that deals with fashion & shoes

I love working for Rage it has given me a chance to work with different people doing admin banking see to different customers .meet different styles of clothing even for kids as well liase with head office & my co workers at the same time ,it has taught me to merchandise of which i enjoy very much .

Pros: I am also looking for an opportunity to grow
Cons: 8:30 to 17:30

Learning curve

They always firing old staff to take in new staff. Which is why they are always hiring. The management does not allow us freedom to perform our cultural traditions.

Pros: It's a good thing learning curve
Cons: They do not easily approve leave, even in matter of emergency

IT WAS EXCELLENT

It was one of the jobs i can start to get to know how retail is,it was based on attending customers and customer service was the best aspect as per store needed.We drive turnover by understandings each other difference and we reach it through hardwork and dedication.

Pros: It has the advantage of grooming you to become at the bottom
Cons: We work 7 to 8 hours

Gaol driven

Oi li lobed working with customers and being avle to help them. Helping the management with everything she need and time management was one of my priorities always made sure am in time with everything i do. ove
