Fun yet challenging and keeps one on their toes

working at rage was a great experience for me as i started as a call center agent and ended up as being a leasing admin clerk. But the salary is so bad

Working at the company has been a great opportunity

I have been working at the company for 3 years and I have learnt alot but I still haven't been promoted... Which sometimes can make one lose momentum but am greatful for the opportunity

Great opportunity to understand customer service

Great opportunity to get customer service experience, learning to work as a cashier you also learn learn to be a merchandiser (mix and matching colours), and you get experience of doing admin work and also improve on stock taking. Though the work load is way too much and you work long hours on your feet.

Excellent sales person

I'm good in customer service, mecharndising and make customers feel welcome in our shop.I pitch every customers that enter in our shop tell them about the loyalty cards we have and also gift cards. I also tell them about the promotion we have in our shop. Tell them on how to open our rage account.

Experience in customer service

I enjoy working with peace helping and serving customers is what I do best and I'm always punctual I have a good working relationship with my colleague's, I have also learned that the customer is always right my duty is always help the customer with a smile The most challenging thing is to deal with a difficult customer And to do A stocktake

Learning more from colleagues

It's always a new day at work having to put your differences aside as staff. We learn new things everyday since we meet different kinds of people every day and we ought to adapt very quickly. We work well as colleagues as we spend 90 ℅ of our lives at work rather than at home. We also understand that we are there to work and not step on each other's lives. I enjoy the talks that we usually have in the morning at our meetings as we educate one another and sharing our thoughts and ideas on everything.the most challenging aspects is when I have to discipline the staff, but at the end of the day we have to follow rules and regulations of the company in order to keep on the safe track

I've learnt alot on how to deal with different people every day and how to solve their problems ,

I am loyal you can talk to me about anything I'm a good listener and I make friends easily although sometimes I am a bit shy but there one thing I promise I am a hard worker I love challenge.

Pros: I'm looking forward to work and to prove myself that I am a hard worker.
