Good way to interact with different individuals
I like the fact that in retail theres always customer service and yoh meet different type of people on a daily basis. The workers are team builders and they encourage one to work even harder. I've learnt that being in this type of environment teaches you a lot about attitude and respect for others. The thing I enjoy most is that you are always considered when a person needs help or needs to put on a shoes or something and it brings one closer to a greater aspect of viewing life. What I found the most challenging was that sometimes its not so easy reaching the daily targets as they sometimes affect the monthly targets but all that's needed is hard work everyday and self determination that's also includes team work as a whole.

I've learnt alot on how to deal with different people every day and how to solve their problems ,
I am loyal you can talk to me about anything I'm a good listener and I make friends easily although sometimes I am a bit shy but there one thing I promise I am a hard worker I love challenge.

Learning more from colleagues
It's always a new day at work having to put your differences aside as staff. We learn new things everyday since we meet different kinds of people every day and we ought to adapt very quickly. We work well as colleagues as we spend 90 ℅ of our lives at work rather than at home. We also understand that we are there to work and not step on each other's lives. I enjoy the talks that we usually have in the morning at our meetings as we educate one another and sharing our thoughts and ideas on everything.the most challenging aspects is when I have to discipline the staff, but at the end of the day we have to follow rules and regulations of the company in order to keep on the safe track

I'm a confident and assertive woman with the drive to make decisions and initiate action accordingly. Being helpful with a warm, friendly smile and positive attitude is within my nature. Customer service is one of my strong aspects and I love to work with clients. I am a hard worker and I am dedicated to my job. I'm punctual and committed to my job. I love to go the extra mile for the customer to keep the customers happy. Anything to keep the customer happy. Team work is very important, as to work with a team, everyone achieves more. Great learning
The reason I enjoyed working for this company is that you learn to communicate with different people who has different attitudes,challenges that we face are difficult customers , by reaching monthly targets you get incentives so it pushes us to work extra mile,this company has a best customer service, best selling shoes and everything that hey have is unique so it easy to approach people with their styles, dislike about this company is that there is no uniform you buy the colors they want you to wear, standing a whole day is not healthy for women , there is no study leave meaning the is no growth as person you need to grow yourself by learning

Great company
It a very good company to work for it got a great incentives that we get every Friday. Nice experience when it comes to handling interviews if ever I have new branch coming up also creating job opportunities to a whole south Africa with no discrimination mixing of all races and that makes our customers more comfortable.
