Excellent management experience
I am currently working at Rage as the store MANAGER I 've een working with the customer for 12 years now.i 've learnt how to manage people how to meets target and how to communicate with our customers...we have peak hours and they are very challenging as you have to deal with difficult customers and to reach targets as well.but at the end it a tunnel it is an awesome experience to work in this company

I got a chance to experience more about retail
Ive learnt more about customer service, how to approach,interact with customer and sell our brand. Team work is the key Working under pressure, busy days require one to focus and be able to multi task. Till operation is one other thing I experienced. The more I was operating, I got faster and more accurate at it. Challenges were to work hard and not get noticed for it. Instead only the little mistakes done were the ones pointed out.

Excellent learning curve
Great opportunity for starting your career it gives you all the confidence that you need as an individual,Having to deal with customers in a daily basis teach everything about yourself,On how you handle a situation,how easily you get angry,how to put your differences aside and focus on the goal of the company. Having amazing staff support makes it more easier to face situation and you know you have people who are going to have your back. The most exciting part is working towards a target as a team to be able to push hard and above yourself to reach that target and working as a team and identify each other's strength and weaknesses and start on working on what you have and achieve what you want to achieve Working with people is very challenging,Having to please every customer that enter your door can be very challenging but as an sale assistant you know how to make them happy and leave a good impression on them and to make them come back again at your store

Excellent learning curve
It's a very huge company nd i have learned so much during the years I have been with the company being moved from department to department. I started working for the company while I was still at school so i got to learn so much from being moved from every department. The challenging thing is the salary that I am earning is to little for all the things I am doing but neither than that the people are good

It was great working at Rage, it's fun We given 1hour lunch time The relationship is great I've learnt time management I love my work, Good communication Good customer service Make sure the work place is clean Make sure I do my work on time and re check my work Make sure my work is up to date I am friendly Loving and caring

Good working environment
Good working environment. You get to meet lot of different people and learn different things because you are based on 1 area. You learn how to handle difficult customers and issue arriving at that time.

i am 31 years old,self independent and hard working individual,i have obtained my metric certificate in 2007,and started tertiary in 2009 studying marketing management and i completed the qualification in 2013 while i was working at rage distribution as a sales assistant,i then worked as a sales consultant at avbob mutual in 2016 while i was studying B.tech in business administration and will be awarded my qualification in 2019 April,currently i am unemployed and job hunting.

Needing to do more.
My responsibilities include the managing of local region distribution to all brand name stores. This involves aliasing with the stock control, merchandising and marketing departments to ensure the correct lines are being issued to store level as well as insure store capacity. My relationship with the staff who report directly to me is good and growing each day. I spend time to train each team as the majority of them are still new in their positions as well. In my time at Rage I have learnt new was of stock management and allocations of stocks per region. The most challenging part of my job is the communication between my department in regards to the correct information being laid down. Often i have received the wrong information and this resulted in time wasted in areas where the incorrect stock has been prepared. OHS is also a big issue in the work place and the company does not follow due process in ensuring standards are met.

I am no longer working for the Rage company
It was the job that i was only doing for the time being but i had to resign because i had to go back to varsity. we were working as a team and i was working well with my colleges, I was able to pay for my transport and other things. i was working

Excellent customer service
Working at rage is quite good,we get to learn alot like working in a team and solving skills and experience is really exciting dealing with difficult customes made me a humble human and it works for me everywhere.and I still wanna learn more in different environments I am people's person and like communicating Couse you mite be amazed by what others say good or bad you just have to take what's it important.all in all with the experience that I have in a call center environment I can do more willingly and I love new challenges to explore with what I have.
