Excellent opportunity
Looking for a new challenge and better rewards. Long working hours without proper compensation, baias rulings, always hire to fire employees. No room for growth in several occasions. Company has lot of rules that are set out to take out employees, no proper training and expectation to perform are high.

Im always at work I m energetic during my working hours Have experience on working as a team and pushing alone I'm always on time Always the last to leave store during evening I m loyal and trustworthy employee Im always accurate on counting stock

excellent learning experience i have learnt a lot customer service and how to open and close a deal how to deal with the difficult customers and most of all i have become a hardworking person who has the ability to communicate and learn fast

I know everything including managers work
I enjoyed everything at work though it had hectic hours but I did everything I could to make my superiors happy.. I hated employees who don't do their job. I've learned to work extra mile to gain experience as I like challeges

Keep learning
I have been working for Ok Furniture for more 3 years and what I have learned is to take charge and be accountable for everything happening in my store, I love when my team work together and achieve our daily and monthly targets. I love getting to know my team in a personal manner so that I understand them better because everyone is different. I have learned that being a best manager is to be yourself and mostly important respect everyone. Challenges of a job is to treat everyone the same because they all bring different personalities and you have to adapt to them differently for example some a slow learners and other are more smarter. I have a very strong relationship with my coworkers and always guide them to the right direction. Working for OK Furniture is like we live to daily daily.

Great learning curve
Friendly working team Directors are very supportive OK Furniture is a great company to work for when you want to gain exposure to the retail world because it is part of the shoprite group which comprises of 8 other companies. To me that meant there could be possible opportunities to move in between the other 8 companies in order to gain career growth. As a Regional manager, I was exposed to a lot different skills that I had to nurture and develop as I had never been exposed to such as sourcibg of stock, ensuring that we all my stores had the right stock on hand etc.
Pros: You get to decide how you want to run your region
