How to handle a difficult customer

To work at ok furniture it was the best thing couse ihave learned so much. And ihave gained experience. The duty is to attend customers and give them the good service that they need. What more challenging is to meet difficult customer an to deal with.

Stock controll duties

The most challenging task is to deal with customer complains and resolve them according to the customer's need and company policy. The most exciting part is working in team with the coworkers. Daily task like stock counting,supplier goods in orders,following up on repairs,stock movement(dispatching and receiving)etc that are the rooted in me.

Fast learner willing to do the job

I like communicating with people I love challenges in life especially when it comes to learning every day I'm a very comfortable person making my colleagues have a laugh I'm also a person to speak to when having a bad day I'm very respectful humble an funny sometimes like helping people when they need help.

Keep learning

I have been working for Ok Furniture for more 3 years and what I have learned is to take charge and be accountable for everything happening in my store, I love when my team work together and achieve our daily and monthly targets. I love getting to know my team in a personal manner so that I understand them better because everyone is different. I have learned that being a best manager is to be yourself and mostly important respect everyone. Challenges of a job is to treat everyone the same because they all bring different personalities and you have to adapt to them differently for example some a slow learners and other are more smarter. I have a very strong relationship with my coworkers and always guide them to the right direction. Working for OK Furniture is like we live to daily daily.

I am a hard worker with confidance n whiling to work underpreaser

You must concetrate and have passion ,love your job, fight for any chalange Never be presuarised be strong n work. There are people who have thier problem at work you must handle thier situation and never be distructed on your job.

Excellent learning

I wsa working monday to Saturdays from 07 to 17:00,i was a very good salesperson and doing stock clerk job at a same time i learned to to deal wth complain 9f customer and know the stocks
