I'm an ambitious lady who is energetic and fast learner who like to work as team worker.
I'm strong,hardworking,vibrant,motivated person who likes to commit herself and perform any kind of job willingly. I'm also a self driven person and a fast learner. Also like diversity because it helps me to learn from different people. What i have learn to my previous company is to be ambitious,be a go getter always be patient, turious to know other people's jobs,to respect my co-workers, to be able to work under pressure and over times if necessary, always wearing a smile to meet my client's expectations. That's all

I am fast learner
I was good working with my director ,they were good understanding people, I used to send report's advising when payment will be done by our debtor,and month end . I was enjoying my job when receive payment from all debtors month end .I have learnt to be !more friendly to the person who handles your account,make sure all invoices are sent and stament,My challenge was when invoice s were checked out wrongly by receptionist with wrong rates and address.
Pros: never had any promotion
Cons: i never worked long hrs

It was a learning curve dealing with functions and club members
I work well with people and also independent and I adapt quickly to change and I meet my targets Coaching and developing subordinates (On job training) Develop & make sure all proper guidelines are followed Making sure the department achieves sales volume Develop & manage guest relation
Pros: I get to meet so many different characters
Cons: Am used to long hours when we all of our venues are busy I Start at 7am till close(2am)

Learned to be a clerk at the company
Would receive 1-6 deliveries on a normal day and would be hectic first week of the month. Had a great relationship with my co workers of about 6 in the office and about 6 in the warehouse. I have learned to deal with pressure on hectic days. I enjoyed the interaction with the guys delivering as they had different personalities. Challenges dealing with difficult drivers and pushing to take in deliveries beyond working hours.
Pros: They gave ne an opportunity to learn

Uder circumstance I am employed as a home care nurse. But I prefer being busy and multiyasking
I am not a home care 1:1 nurse. I need a larger challenge. As you wil notice from my CV, I have extensive experience that comes in handy when in need , as no two residents are the same. I am loyal and a hard worker. Patient confidentiality is of paramount importance to me as well as quality care. I am a solo flyer, but adapt well in a team. Not afraid of a challenge and in post training to caregivers have always been my moto for satisfied residents
Pros: Interesting and dinamics in a old age home especialy with a Frail care facillity
Cons: It is impossible to be on duty 24/7 without rest

Amazing work experience
Working at a very busy government department was an enjoyable change and a great experience. I've learned a lot, like being the fastest typer, multi tasking, how to manage pressure from clients and work load. Working with the team and individual. Managing all correspondences successfully. I enjoyed most seeing every project i was tasked to do becoming a success. Seeing clients happy about my work and the company growth. I had a great working relationship with my co- workers as i took time to understand them individually. I worked better in a team and individual. It was a bit difficult when i came across with difficult client but i learned to haddle all aspects of the job. I know how to haddle clients as i did training for it.

Robe given a chance to prove myself
I am very energetic person always availing to everything new. I am very curious person always willing to learn new things everyday. I do administration and it us my strongest point. I am a people's person always taking responsibility even for other people's blames. My career objective is o be part of dynamic institution where my enthusiasm and hard work will lead to success. I need to be part of a progressive team where creative thinking and collaboration solves and contributes to well being of the company.

Excellent learning experience
My day started off with a 8am daily team meeting, discussing strategies and targets. There after my day begins with planning my day ahead and following up with and previous outstanding work. I had an excellent relationship with my fellow teammates,I do believe my position moulded me to be a peoples person. I have learnt to work face to face with clients and build confidence in establishing relationships with clients. I enjoyed working with different people from different walks of life and being able to assist them was my motivation. The most challenging aspect of this job was when clients would default on paying their premiums, especially during December. I would be liable to pay back the claw backs from my commission.
