To be patient with my job and other colleagues

I am hard worker, and a team leader, I work with everyone and I am willing to learn more and share more with other colleagues, I easy to get along with people and I don't leave any stone unturned, I am confident in any job I do, and make sure I do it 100%. I am keen to learn more

I worked as Stock clerk, Credit manager, a Branch manager and also as Senior admin clerk. In the mornings i used to start by making sure that the previous work is done correctly and all files are kept where it suppose to be.

Pros: My manager use to delegate more of his work to me ,because i learn very fast and i can take any pressure.i motivate myself with studies . i actually, want to know more about my work.
Cons: I use to work more hours and sometimes work on weekend.

Been great

I'm a good software developer and good when working with database using a language SQL. In front end I know css, bootstrap, materialize, JS but for back end I know .Net c# and php. I love working and wait much of my time in my computer

Excelent

moving up and down in the company fixing operating,i worked in a group of people so team work was required from me,i have learned that in any company you meet different people with different morals so one needs to learn to put personal things aside ans try to work to the best for the sake of the company,i have enjoyed the different roles i was asked by my employer to ply for e.g making sure that everyone learned and did their job properly and the most challenging aspect of the job was always having to redo what was not done correctly.

Excellent in growth

good in growth and development, good place to gain experience from, but long hours and working everyday, work long hours even on a holiday, I prefer working on a weekends and holidays but hours should be reasonable.

Learning curve and Professional discipline

My previous company was very good to me even though the contract ended due to the financial crisis it was facing , they were very good with their employees. My typical day i start work around past six making sure my drivers are on time and loading the trucks and dispatching them on time with no damages when loading , making sure that paper work is ready and given to the drivers.My relationship with drivers was very good because as the leader one has to be firm but at the same time be understanding because they can make or break you. I learned to be brave and making decision which needs to be taken and does not favour everyone. I enjoyed being part of the team which produced results and working hand in hand with supppliers for reaching and end product. The challenges were there were brake downs damages to stock and but we worked through them with my team and getting the job done at the end of the day.

Excellent service

I am currently not employed, I am looking for a job. I have worked before as a receptionist at Siamisang primary school, my experience was very good and I have learned a lot about providing excellent service to community.My job description was to do the following : 1. Photocopying 2. Typing 3. E-mailing 4. Faxing 5. call centre (Answering calls) 6.Arranging meetings 7. Data capturing 8. writhing munites during metting I enjoyed working with people helping them where I could, parents and teachers even learners at school. the challenges I had was when parents would shout at meetings because of misunderstanding. but at the end we would resolve the problem.

I believe I will share my experience.

I believe in fulfilling the company objectives. Ensure time management is put into practice at all times. Train and develop other's workers skills. Keeping company issues with the company.

Pros: I believe I can add my expertise in dealing with customers. Making sure that I win customers confidence in buying from store.
Cons: Overtime can be work at any given time to ensure that the meets its goals.
