Preparation for Breakfast and Lunch service for up to 700 people. 8am -5pm. Ordering and stock take twice a week as well as menu development and staff training. Dealing with customers and problem solving on the spot.
Pros: Job satisfaction by providing quality product which ensures repeat customers

Excelent
moving up and down in the company fixing operating,i worked in a group of people so team work was required from me,i have learned that in any company you meet different people with different morals so one needs to learn to put personal things aside ans try to work to the best for the sake of the company,i have enjoyed the different roles i was asked by my employer to ply for e.g making sure that everyone learned and did their job properly and the most challenging aspect of the job was always having to redo what was not done correctly.

My career extends over a period of 30 years, and I have gained experience in PR, Marketing Administration general maintenance. I have operated on executive level for more than 10 years and am very capable in dealing with top management and the responsibilities that come with their pressurized environment to which I am subjected on a daily basis, as well as the appropriate diplomacy and grace for such a position. I pride myself in my honesty and reliability and uphold high values and integrity. I execute my tasks with a hands-on approach and enjoy being challenged in the work environment. I am self-motivated and disciplined, passionate and committed to the company I work for, with excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team regardless of the diversity of the team members. It is important to me to be part of a successful company that will encourage their employees to pursue continued development and growth.

Every day one would learn something new
A typical day, hectic work load, lots of laughs, and generally a productive and for filling. As a team we worked and played hard, it became home away from home, my colleagues were amazing and we always extended a hand to anyone whether it be work or personal. I learnt that buy in from any team member is vital to a success day and I appreciated the honesty, transparency and respect we had for one another. The most challenging was not the work but a new manager who was a micro manager.

Fast learner
Loyal to coworkers and company. Can work under pressure and solve problems Accurate and organized Priorities between work and family Am energetic don't bring personal problems to work Am a non smoker Are not a sick person Leave home early and get home late in the evening after practice. Have my own transport and do have a drivers licence. I am a listener and do not judge people. Do not hold anything against anybody. If there is different opinions.. Leave is there because respect everybody see things differently. Respect everybody's culture.

Managing the entire Disciplinary Process to Financial Advisors.
I started at Liberty in 1990, I actually met Sir Donald Gordon. Working at Liberty was as I mentioned a privilege, the efforts the company goes to making employees lives as simple as possible. With a Standard Bank within H/O, Dr's, Optometrists, a lovely canteen, coffee shops. My day to day activities would include reviewing Forensics reports, reviewing evidence for validity in terms of the relevant legislation. Drafting charges, written warnings, dismissals, suspension letters. Submissions to the independent body that supervises and regulates the financials services industry and public interest. Because of my loyalty to the company I had build extremely close relationships with my co-workers, I knew who to speak too, to get things done, whether it is on Management or Director level. I become the one stop shop to resolving disciplinary issues. Challenges, of course the stress associated with the function, dealing with abrasive and argumentative individuals that was caught doing something wrong.
Pros: Great opportunity for work across the board with any and all Employee Relations, any industry requires the LRA, EE, BCEA. The posibiliyies are endless.
Cons: Stressful job, long working hours.
