Managing the entire Disciplinary Process to Financial Advisors.
I started at Liberty in 1990, I actually met Sir Donald Gordon. Working at Liberty was as I mentioned a privilege, the efforts the company goes to making employees lives as simple as possible. With a Standard Bank within H/O, Dr's, Optometrists, a lovely canteen, coffee shops. My day to day activities would include reviewing Forensics reports, reviewing evidence for validity in terms of the relevant legislation. Drafting charges, written warnings, dismissals, suspension letters. Submissions to the independent body that supervises and regulates the financials services industry and public interest. Because of my loyalty to the company I had build extremely close relationships with my co-workers, I knew who to speak too, to get things done, whether it is on Management or Director level. I become the one stop shop to resolving disciplinary issues. Challenges, of course the stress associated with the function, dealing with abrasive and argumentative individuals that was caught doing something wrong.
Pros: Great opportunity for work across the board with any and all Employee Relations, any industry requires the LRA, EE, BCEA. The posibiliyies are endless.
Cons: Stressful job, long working hours.

Learnt a lot anout payments
Absa taught me alot of things when it comes to business ethics, even the environment allows you to grow And also I had the opportunity to study more of my job functions

Pro Project Machinery , not just a company, a famliy
The Company that I worked for was really a happy place. Everyone was friendly and no one worked alone. We all pulled together to make the work day go smoothly and ensure that the product we produce to the client is of high quality and on time. I was taught by the engineers what they do to the welder how to weld. We became a family rather than just co workers
Pros: the company had no pretenses and everyone from boss to tea lady were treated the same and everyone pulled their weight to the fullest
Cons: there were absolutely no Cons, its just sad that the company closed due to unforeseen circumstances

I'm a Qualified fitter, I worked for sibanye gold mine at a gold plant for 5 years until March 2018
I worked with various machineries, eg Ball mills, Conveyor Belts, Pumps, Rotary crusher, Jaw crushers, Hydraulic power pack, Screw feeders, Valves etc. I'm currently looking forward on joining any Company that is looking for candidate's like me. I'm a porson who is open who likes to talk with other people, even on the job I like to see archivement all the times with out any injuries. communication is the key to any proplem.

Hard Working, Reliable, Enjoy challanges, Fault Finding and Problem solving.
Make inserts, Machine cavities, Repair new and old moulds. control breakdowns for manufacturing. Make modifications to all kinds of moulds. Build new moulds, understanding of Technical drawings. Work on conventional and CNC machinery. CNC Programming make toolpathes for various machine components

Sales and managment
I learnt to be confident and independent as well as commitment . As i was working at a retail store as a sale associate made me to be focus and patient and i had a very good relationship with my manager and i still use the skills and values i learnt in my job in my daily life .
