A great learning environment

I reported to a Senior executive who always wanted to expose us to new developments in the HR field and and drove us hard to learn. I had three Officers reporting to me with whom I worked very well as a team. The organisation had an excellent corporate culture that treated employees as professionals and in return had self driven individuals who were set on delivering excellent service not just as employees but as members of the establishment. It was a political environment and as such subject to abrupt changes. It made this a challenge to keep to policies and procedures as these would be at times compromised in order to accomodate these demands. But we always documented all operations for Audit.

Excellent learning curve

Library administration, shelf reading, Cataloguing, record management, classification of books, weeding of books or removal of old books and in-transit or receiving ordered Books. Information literacy, which includes reading story, books to children

Great experience.

I am a part time student at the Univesity of Johannersburg , it is a great institution for learning. In the process of learning there i have found myself as an individual, im more focused and more poised about life and my future.

Exellent learning view

I work normal hours if need to work late if work is unfinishes I will not leave until its done,, i have good communication with any kind of person, i have learn many skills,i believe in to be positive at work even if your day is not planned how it should be, I believe everydy must be a challenging day, the biggest challenging thing i have expierent is mostly at the end of every month

Working for absa ha taught me values in the business, how to conduct yourself and also leave by the values that the company has, and also you can ho study should u want to persue your career further

Excellete learning curve

I am a friendly, loyal, trustworthy, honest and energetic person. I like to work with people and around them. I am a excelled manner person, I learn very quickly and I am always willing to learn more. I always strive to give my best at the work place and I am always professional in the work place. I would like to learn more and earn more experience. I like to have a great environment to work in and it must be neat.

Listening skills

Typical working day not being able to solve the problem at hand at he end of the day. Relationship with co workers to work as team to benefit the company .I have learn to listen . I enjoy to finish the task of the day on time and customer service. Job challenges is when the is communication failure between the co- wokers.

I would like to say I'm hard working person, team person, easy to adjust to any environment, good communication skills. Good coaching skills, background of supervision plus managing team's in FMCG for the past fourteen years and ready to resume.

Good experience

My working days have always been busy but I loved my job, my co workers and I got along very well. I've learnt how to multi task very well and also to work under pressure, I really enjoyed the rush at work, deadlines werethe most challenging but at the end of the day its worth it because I always meet all my deadlines.
