I have learnt a lot during my time at Nimble

No day is the same in this role, but i do have weekly tasks including reporting, presentations and management of the my boss diary and emails which contribute to my daily routine.

Learn to be professional at al time and I have improved my confident

I can at least relate with working under pressure and to relate with working as a team. Learn a lot with working with people and enjoyed vational team building. Working as debt collector u will deal with different people some some will be very rude to you and a swear all sort of words to you but that helped me understand frastration and handling to different individuals

Perfect learning curve

I was working as a debt collections agent which strenghtened my communication skills, negotiation skills and helped me to be understanding and patient at the same time towards different approaches from peoples being from polite to arrogant... It helped build my listerning skills and more

Good working experience

The company is great because I had a good relationship with my colleagues and management, it has a room for improvement and learning new skills. Dent collections industry is quite great because I had to understand the importance of not having a bad credit record, I also learned alot about multi tasking.

Retail promotion

Call debtors remind them of their debts remind negotiate payment plan for there debts.highlight the benefits of paying swell ad disadvantages of non payment.

Pros: Getting good remuneration in a form of commision
Cons: It's very exhaust ing

Learning curve

Management consider our opinions The environment is perfect Working hours are reasonable Very perfect for start up after matriculated other wise can't survive if you have dependent

Its a good company for a person who is been unemployed and wants a job.

Ots a good company for someone who is starting out and has been imemployed, but overrall i cam says its a bad company and the salary there is just not good.eben the commission structure is not ideal so evenwhen yoi eamt to push your self you wont know where you are going because the money is just little
