Learning experience

Typical day at work is interacting with customers on a daily basis and helping each other as a team aswell to get queries resolved. I help uk clients with network and billing issues. I have learnt to be patient and calm in a very fast paced environment. Most challenging part of my day is dealing with complaints which i have to de-escalate and make sure i give good customer service.

Excellent learning curve

It is a great company to work for as you can do everything with the servers and you can learn everything you wish to learn they share information. My relationship with my colleagues is very good and we teach each other also we need and they have more experience so they teach me staff about IT. The most challenging part is the long working hours, I enjoyed working within the call centre because you get to learn new things everyday.

Credit controller, New accounts proccesing

I have more than 15 years’ experience in credit controller. My strengths lies in working independently and as a team player. I hold good interpersonal and organizational skills. I always go extra mile in making sure that my work is done professionally, adequately, effectively and efficiently. I also demonstrate good customer service skills, of which I believe are relevant in all working place. I believe that if given a chance I will be of good value to the organization and also I know that I will enjoy the new challenges that will be put forth me.

Excellent Learning Curve

Nimble is a fun place to work under. We had industrial sport game twice in a month. Had Social Organizing committee. Job quality was to the highest standard, they value quality in their work. On thing that was not fun was the remuneration was not satisfying. I was one of the top performers in the group.

Learn to be professional at al time and I have improved my confident

I can at least relate with working under pressure and to relate with working as a team. Learn a lot with working with people and enjoyed vational team building. Working as debt collector u will deal with different people some some will be very rude to you and a swear all sort of words to you but that helped me understand frastration and handling to different individuals

Good team player, i reach my target,

i have a good relationship with my co-workers, i have learned that collecting is more challenging and it needs focus and dedication, you have to have a relationship with debtors and solve all queries that rise
