Best collector for the month

As a debtor collect my everyday duty is to collect outstanding debts each and every month I have a target of money to collect and by doing that I do not only collect I advice debtors about how important it is for them to pay their debts. I send emails, fax. Should I be able to collect the target than I will be able to receive 1% of money collected.

I have 9 years in depth of call center knowledge and experience. I acquired my call center certificate in 2008 at Calling the Cape Institute. I have served 2 years in coaching and development roles in previous employment at Nimble Group.

Hard worker deicated to what i do and willing to learn.
