Working at nimble group collections has given me the experience of being a debt collector for 1 year and 4 month. Over the period of my employment, I have learnt how to deal with people and their debt and negotiating the best and suitable payment plan affordable to them. Educating debtors of the importance of having a clear credit profile, helping them understand the consequences of having bad debt. Questioning in finding out how and why debtors has falling into debt and how they can get out of it comfortably without stress. Also, with the experience, I have learnt several aspects such as multitasking, taking responsibility for my actions, being punctual, understanding and abiding to business rules and procedures. Working highly under pressure in order to make targets.

I was in debt collection position in call centre.
My working shift was the day shit,starting at 07:30am to 15:45pm.My duty was to make the outgoing calls to the debtors.I enjoyed working at the call centre industry,there are challengies also.The most challenging part was at when the debtor droppes the call on me while I need to make a payment arrangement with them.I enjoyed sitting there and prove myself on the phone and convince the debtor to pay.I have learnt to be assertive,empythies but be proffessionaly serious.I love call centre industry.
Pros: depanding on how serious agent is and how comitted the agent with work therefore there are high chances the agent get promoted.
Cons: its bad when you trying your best to get PTPs for the day but you nothing.

Good working experience
The company is great because I had a good relationship with my colleagues and management, it has a room for improvement and learning new skills. Dent collections industry is quite great because I had to understand the importance of not having a bad credit record, I also learned alot about multi tasking.
Pros: Good working environment

Excellent
I am very energetic person who work under pressure to reach company goals/deadline.I am a fast learner and I prefer to work as a team to learn more or share ideas choose the relevant one by building more skills. Even individual its where improve yourself to your employer. Some times you meet challenges that challenges built you to go forward by solving it. Challenges sometimes good or bad it depend. And I like to share ideas and celebrating special event like cultural day wearing different cultural clothes as we are rainbow nation. Thank you

Excellent in all standardd
Family company building on a good working place. Strive to succeed in what business need. Always new and NCA developments , to follow and to abide. Right first time. Educate all in a more understanding process. Be calm at all times. Debtors have rights no matter how much they owe . Always put you goal infront and build not break.You get irrated debtors but you need to be calm otherwise the debtor can hear in your tone of voice. Remember debtor need to know benefits of making payments and to pay affordable payments. Refresh accounts asking questions. Build rapport with team members You always learning because everyday is different.

Good company for experience
Its a good company to work for ifbyiu only want to build experience. Management are not well educated and not very professional. There is two shifts. A day shift and a night shift, night shift is preferably for students.

Best collector for the month
As a debtor collect my everyday duty is to collect outstanding debts each and every month I have a target of money to collect and by doing that I do not only collect I advice debtors about how important it is for them to pay their debts. I send emails, fax. Should I be able to collect the target than I will be able to receive 1% of money collected.

not all days are the same sometimes I dont meet my required standard and that really freaks me out.
