Something new to learn each month
• Ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly targets are met • Dealing with Liens with regards to OVR (vehicle recoveries) • Dealing with valuators, auction houses, as well as ensuring that vehicles get auctioned on time • Ensuring that all accounts sent to trace are worked – approximately 12 000 accounts per month and that individual and team RPC target is met monthly. • Ensuring that when agents obtain a RPC that the call is transferred to a collection agent to make the necessary payment arrangement. • Weekly feedback with all agents as well as monthly KPA’s • 2 call audits per agent per week to be done and updated and feedback to be given to each agent after each audit. • Providing feedback to Operations Manager and Operations Executive on a weekly basis • Liaising with certain clients

Excellent learning view
at a point I am working as a consultant(debtors clerk), from our company nimble group we were sourced by Otis to help them with their books, we have a very good clean and professional relationship, I have learnt quiet a lot of things because as it stands I am working as an assistant service accountant I started off as a admin clerk and two months down the line was promoted to assistant service accountant, the team buildings is what I enjoy most. we sometimes given work to do that is urgently needed the very same day and as you busy they bring another pile of work urgent to be done the same day .

My Learnings
My daily task within the business is to ensure that my agents( team of 14) is present at work if not update registered accordingly .Ensuring that the daily productivity is met , Also doing coaching twice a week regarding calls and productivity standards. Once a month i will be conducting KPA/KPI sessions with my team. I have excellent relationship with my staff and there is a bond/ trust within my team. What i have learnt over the years being a manager is that everybody within the team is different and that each agent in my team player is important so if they come up with ideas we try it. When each of agents reaches monthly targets and they get incentives. That collections overall is a tough job and that means i need to motivate my staff all the time to ensure that the requirements of the clients is met.

Managing a staff of 4 employees, running Payroll from SAGE PEOPLE system, Paying third parties, Submitting EMP201 on efiling monthly, Export importing journals on ACCPAC & Pastel, Processing cashbook & reconciling the payroll account on ACCPAC, Processing the mid year and tax year end on E@syfile.Updating my knowledge with foreign countries labour law as we do Payroll for the following countries Kenya, Namibia, Botswana and Ghana
