Its a well built professional company with good customer service ,it has a room for growth but a stepping stone,need to cater some transport for their employees to balance the adherence towards the company and enployees

Cons: the hour are not healthy for a family person and very risky toward someone who doesn't have their own transport

I do admin, Lead a team, send hourly stats, deal with customers.

I was one of the top performing Agent on floor since I started working at Mobile Money I have been assisting customers to my best ability , going an extra mile to put a smile on the customers face and I also regard myself as a Team Player. I recently got promoted to acting Team Leader, leading a group of 8 people. But in a call centre environment you can be a team leader for the whole call centre. It would be a pleasure to have interview with you and I look forward to hear from you soon.

Pros: Because of my hard work i a promotion. i was employed 24months of employment (Call Center Agent) i was promoted to team leader
Cons: I can deal with long hours.

Excellent stapling stone

-First thing when I arrive prepare my desk and make sure my headsets are working ,And for the rest of the day take calls store my headsets safely at the end of the day and clear up my desk -My relationship with co-workers is more like a family than co-workers -I've learned the values of team work and take it in my strides to handle difficult customers -Being part of a team in achieving similar goals -Handling difficult customers -Meeting the five metrics;AHT ,CSI ,REASON CODE,FCR ,TRANSFERS

Success driven

Good day, I am currently working as a 1st Line Technical Support Officer in the Fixed Mobile Converged department at Merchants Vodacom Business Unit.I have beenin this postion for 1 year. I have over two years experience within the outsourced customer care environment.Due to this I have a Firm understanding of fundamental components that have exist in any customer driven environment. My emphases are about people ,customer experience,processes and technology.

Excellent learning curve

I've experience that it's hard to be an introvert in a call center, not that I am. It's energetic. No place for being morbid. It is a excellent environment to work with people. I've enjoyed the enthusiasm of my co-workers as we all came to work with one goal: to satisfy the customers. I've learnt how to endure in difficult circumstances and to be patient. The difficult customers was the most challenging aspect of my job, but I've learnt to stay calm, get them out of my system and move on.

Pros: Working in a positive environment, interacting with people with different personalities
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning curve

Working at Merchants is very nice because you get to learn and experience many things in different department. The environment itself is very good its we are family but sometimes I feel like the management side is lacking most of the skills, sometimes they cross boundaries.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience

A very fast and hard worker,manage very well with computer and eager to learn

We deal with very impatient customers some who are not even willing to get and explanation of what you have to say,you have to have soft skills to be in a company like ours,have to be patient,be able to multitask and generate the system fast.

Pros: overtime working on weekends
Cons: work longs hours and weekends

Achievent

They have helped me to be able to stand firm try by all means to solve customers problems as we deal with all type of customers and skills of handling irate customers and to provide an exceptional customer service .

Pros: We struggling to get promotions and learning to equip yourself
Cons: Current situation is working 6days a week and for 8 hours sometimes and a half.

Easy to adapt to new change and fast

when i get to work i prepare my desk where ill be taking calls make sure my headset are working -my relationship with co-workers is more like a family there is a special bond and understanding amongst us workers -i have learned how to work with a team -being with my co worker -dealing with eye red customer ( angry customer )
