Excellent learning curve

Great people and the company has great values. My typical workday starts by sending my morning update reports on yesterdays performance. I then have a meeting with my manager to review the reports, update her any new challenges or potential risks we might face durinb the day. I then go through my emails for all escalations that need to be sent to the client from our side or any escalations from the clint to us. I also go through all the errors picked by myself, our QA department or the client. I investigate eaxh error and provide feedback as to the cause of the error and what corrective measure have I done to prevent this from happening again I.e. coaching or disciplinary steps. I have daily coaching sessions with my team so as to try and manage the quality level of my team

New experience and opportunity

Working in a call centre environment upgraded my multitasking skills, working both individually and as a team, communication skills, scheduling working times for over 3000 candidates. Being an outbound agent I learnt to retain customers to continue with contracts and advised them why they shouldn't cancel.

Great learning opportunity

Calling outbound customers , insuring there cars life insurance and home and content Ensuring customes commit on the first call also cross selling to customers in the various sectors the company has to offer like health insurance , energy and gas etc...

Well trained

It is a good place to be just that it is learning environment not a career company because they don't increase money or register us permanent, the company it is a good environment for learning. The employees we were treating each other well. The challenging part about this job is working night shift without being monitored. During the day I enjoy helping customer that's what I do

Learning

Good company indeed. Staff and managers are working well together. Each and everyday they provide their staff with fresh fruits. My position there was desktop support engineer to help staff with IT related issues or problems. I

Favoritism among call centre

We have no relationships with other team members due to us working long night shift hours which is unfair to certain teams being 4 months on pm shift to 9 for example. Certain people gets chosen for positions who is in favor and the campaign is unstructured as well.

Excellent learning curve

The company is the best learning curve to its employees, the working environment to good and every one takes good care of each other. Team spirit is there and support from management is forever available. The only problem is salary. The money os too little for the kind of work that gets done there.

Training to improve knowledge when dealing with customers

It's an ok working environment. Shifts working hours . Acquire a permanent contracts after 2 years of employment. Merits and incentives given on customers survey compliments.
