Mediclinic Tshwane Learning Centre is one of the training centres that gives nurses opportunity to improve their qualifications....and I learnt a lot from that field of work though the position was temporary.

Great learnig
Lots of training is provided, management is not that bad, the staff is very friendly, supportive and helpful The culture of the company is great, salary is not that and the benefits as well are not that bad

Great learning curve
A typical work day would be answering the telephone General Secretarial duties, capturing all training done in hospital on CRS, taking of minutes at meetings, placing of orders on SAP I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers I have learnt to be more confident about my abilities, and my relationship with others. I absolutely enjoy CRS, Kronos (placing of students in wards) The challenging aspect of this job is taking minutes - especially in an health environment where i do not know the inside of a ward - which makes it challenging.

Good learning oppertunity
it oiis is a good place to work at but here is no growth and salary stays the same and they never offer you a position when it opens. but the co workers is great and you have fun working here

Am a dedocated person. I love what i do wjen i work i hive my all .and i believe panctuality is the key to everything i meet my targets.and complements are my daily bread

I’m a hard worker keen to learn new thing good at my job , good team worker ,humble can work under pressure excellent relationship with fellow workers.what I enjoy about my work is passion o have for my patients.

Working in a busy environment o know different people is what I enjoy most.
Focus on the company profit rather than happy employees and different culture causes employees to feel unhappy and not worthy. The benefits of the company are good and client service meets all expectations

Diagnosis
My challenging usually day is multi tasking as we have different surgeons from neurological to orthopedic including medical to obstratic .Above all that we a short staff less permanent staff.All I enjoy at my work line it’s quality care I give at the end of the day

Working for Medi -Clinic
lots of clients therefore lots of accounts,working under pressure but working as a team ensures work gets done smoothly and payments are collected timeously,if not payment arrangement are accepted withing agreeable terms and if handover ought to be done handover documentation prepared accordingly. working with my team we always strive to minimize the debtors day by ensuring all correctly approved prior submission to medical aids. the challenge is often where clients under impression since they have medical aid all ought to be paid by funder even exclusions but i always explain and enjoy it when my clients are satisfied with the thorough explanation then pay to ensure no future issues if readmission required.meeting my monthly targets is the be st feeling where my job concerned and we always celebrate as a team in my department for the achievement.

My job review
on a day to day its busy from start to finish from am to pm we deal with patients who are ill,uncertain ,scared ,alone. we do our best to assure patients that everything will be OK. my co -workers and i work well together ,we assist each other ,we stand in for one another and always help correct one another when mistakes are made i have learnt that in this big world we always need people ,to help us grow to help us to help us get through certain things ,and acknowledge when we make mistakes i enjoy the fact that assisting patients with a smile and enjoying your job you actually make a difference to how they feel they emotional state and make the journey much easier . dealing with sick patients and there is no beds available. only challenging thing right now
