Excellent for a learning.
I have done my in-service training with SABC. Then got registered as satellite technician in the TVOB Links department. I have featured in major marathons, such as 2 Oceans and Comrades Marathon etc. I have a good understanding of electronics and operations of most softwares related to operation. I had majored in Electronics and Control and Instrumentation. I am currently employed by Mediclinic as a trainee clinical technician on a contract. I have 8 months already of experience and feel confidence of what is expected of me. I carry most duties alone and find no hurdle anymore. I will graduate next year May, but have completed my Diploma. I am an extrovert and mingle easily and always willing to learn through understanding and questioning.

Good salary and benefits
Geting different bonus , annual bonus equivalent to the basic salary and Nurses bonus every 6 months. Unit and night allowance . Sunday hours 24 per month. Medical aid and Pension.

Facilitating all Work skills plans programme that is -planning, implementing,evaluation of learning activities. -Management of Learnerships programmes -Consultations with HOD regarding work skills progress/monitoring. -Compiling monthly learning reports to General Manager -Mutual respect and teamwork priority from co-workers -Love empowering my clients with knowledge and skills -Challenging is resources eg. Budget and Human resources. -Lessons learnt in L&D field is be the change you want to experience, exceed clients expectations(platinum service)

Excellent learning
Working in my ward is very challenging.Dealing with surgical and sometimes medical patients. Working very nice with my co workers.Having a friendly understanding and respecting each other.I have learned a lot in my company . I enjoyed most to see my patients happy and healing.Working with lots of patients and being short staffed

Competent , reliable, honournest, trustworthy
With more than 20 years of experience and skills as a Human Resources Specialist & Payroll supervisor, working in a variety of Industries, I believe that I can make a positive contribution to any company. My knowledge of Excel is good to excellent, MS word packages, Various payroll systems and accounting systems. Large Payroll full from start to yearend SARS easifile procedure etc. Manage of weekly payroll staff of about 20. Weekly payroll of 3500 and monthly 140 staff. HR generalist, recruitment full process, HR annual budget and manage there of. I have 20 years plus experience in payroll and about 10 years HR generalist. I am creative, a problem-solver and a great team player. I am reliable, accountable and thoroughly self-managed. I am optimistic, articulate and hard working. My enthusiasm for the job comes through in all I do. I have a positive attitude, use my own initiative and have the ability to fully "take charge" of any assignments.

Exellent learning curve
I do not have any comments with regards to the company. I enjoy my work but that sad part is that I never got tha opportunity to a promotion even if I did apply for any suitable post advertised.

Have opportuninies to self development by aquiring skills like advance neonatal course
I am currently a travel nurse visiting patients at home working independently , inserting intraveous lines, infusion IV medications doing wound care and dressing measuring vital data and recording them on solumed stock ordering ,stock counting and cost containment reporting to Discovery home care manager I have learned different types of dressings and mastering skills in intravenous line insertion enjoying to work with patient one on one.and travelling , also work well,with team.

Need new prosepects
Stressful environment not adequate for a single parentvery long hours harsh environment very fast phased no family life no social life night duty is not appropriate for me being a single mum
