I am a integrate and passion to my work
I am very hardworking and able to work under pressure so I have a good communication skills and very generous to people I came across each time. I am passionate about my work
Pros: I have financial management diploma with central Johannesburg tvet college . I aquire my diploma 2015 where I had an opportunity to work on an internship for the period of 18 months . I was currently worked with Mediclinic where I was administrator for the period of 10 month . I am looking forward to give and gain experience at the same time.
Cons: 40 hours I would like to work per week coming to 8 hours per day

Leaning curve
It's not what you know it's who you know - that is what I have learned at this company. No matter how hard you work it is never good enough. I must admit that it made me stronger, I learned to take matters in to my own hands because the unit manager never contributed to anything and was almost never in the department. I quickly learned that I was able to do more and liked it, I thrived off of the pressure and made it work, surgeons and anaesthetists were very pleased with my work ethic and my ability to follow through.
Pros: Straight shift - 8-5 - Mon-Fri

Good learning curve
- we always work as a team - I have learnt that our clients are always our first Priority. - I have enjoyed meeting new people everyday and welcoming them. - The most challenging is when you doing your best to satisfy your clients and only to find out that they are not satusfied.

AS AN OPEN MINDED PERSON,I BELIEVE IN TRANSFORMING AND INTEGRATING PEOPLES MIND,LIFESTYLE AND BEHAVIOUR. I STRONGELY BELIEVE THAT EVERY SUCCESS IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT CAN ONLY SUCCEED IF THERE IS DEDICATION AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THERE HAS TO BE TEAM WORK.I DO HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY IN A TEAM.I CAN COMMUNICATE AND REALATE TO ALL RACES AND CULTURES WITH MUCH EASE.MY PREVIOUS MANAGERS CAN ACCOUNT FOR THE GOOD RELATIONS THAT I HAVE WITH BOTH SENIORS NAD JUNIOR STAFF INCLUDING CLIENTELE. Exellent learning curve
I do not have any comments with regards to the company. I enjoy my work but that sad part is that I never got tha opportunity to a promotion even if I did apply for any suitable post advertised.

Supervision junior staff and making decisions about matters relating to patients solving problems related to staff and patients resolve patients conflict and giving them emotional support planning patient's discharge accompanying Doctors during rounds administer intramuscular and intravenous medication compile nursing care plane evaluating and report writing. Carrying out routine investigations and care procedures.

Good working environment
Starting at 7am opening files for clients and loading with different companies and medical aids. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues. I enjoy worming with different types of people and I have learned to be more patient n understanding. Though having to ask for money while people coming to consult are in pain makes it sometimes difficult for me, I enjoy my work
