Mediclinic was the complete opposite of Arcellor-Mittal, where I used to work.

Excellent learning

Working in my ward is very challenging.Dealing with surgical and sometimes medical patients. Working very nice with my co workers.Having a friendly understanding and respecting each other.I have learned a lot in my company . I enjoyed most to see my patients happy and healing.Working with lots of patients and being short staffed

I am hard working person, able to work underpressure ,compassionative and obedient

Working far from home it came with its consequences hence is lockdown you can't o and see your family.working at this company taught me to work independently and to play a role in team work

-Staff is cooperative -short courses for staff is provided -inadequate staffing resulting in nurses being over worked -too much of RACISM!!! -drs don't appreciate the work of nurses !always looking for mistakes nd shout at the nurses

Very excellent

each and every day I learn new things at the company, as I am responsible in receiving stock for the hospital. my company is very professional and that taught me to live up to their expectations by being focused, stay motivated and manage my duties very well

Fulfilling working environment

Fulfilling teamwork type of a day with challenges as learning curves.working with people is challenging as every person is unique.there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a sick person walk out all healthy again,a first time mother s look on her new born baby.

Pros: they give you the opportunity for growth if and when you show interest.

Great exposure

vevery skilled environment and lots of interactive days but very difficult to work with disrespectful peopl no employee recognition extramely stressful and demanding.

i like to cook;filing...and also assisting with other duties ....i'm also a hard working person... and the people i'm working with..are happy to work me
