Excellent place to learn debt collection

Fun place to work in. Exciting staff members. I learnt more about the debt collection industry and how to handle typical queries and difficult clients. Trained me on how to motivate people and lead them to ensure success.

Excellent learning curve

During my part time i study as am a student at unisa.I have a very perfect relationship with all my colleague since am a bubbly person..I enjoy the environment cause everyone there is like family and love is all that makes us strong..I leant a lot of things when i got there for example how to say please and thank you all the time

Excellent learning curve

The staff is veryh dedicated we feel like we family. I learnt how to work and make a success by working in a diversed branch. What makes me happy is seeing my staff growing personally and in their career. Exceeding our monthly target through team work and extra efforts. There is constant change and one needs to keep up.

Good learning experience

I learned a lot but was not able to grow up the ranks. Great working hours. Terrible working culture. Promotions based on who you know not what you know. Seniors are very rude and don't show appreciation for all staff members.

I am a hard working person I can work under pressure and I can work with or without supervision. I have 3 years experience in a call center environment.

Pros: I didn't get promotion. And I haven't achieve much

Excellent learning experience.

Within the company I have grown. I'm now a qualified debt collector. I have learned telephone equity. I have been taught to think on my own when dealing with debtors. We work with reaching targets and I have reached a couple of thoes within my 1year working at MBD Credit solutions.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning how to communicate with different people.
Cons: Pressure of reaching targets.

Great opportunity to grow within the company

Great salary structure, we basically wrote our own cheques, meaning that the harder we worked, the more we got paid. We had great relationship with our management team and there is a great opportunity to grow within the company
