Learned slot about debt management.

Working at MBD taught Me how to manage my debt and how being in debt can mess up any chances of You getting credit anywhere. I also learned how to be punctual at all times.

Pros: Less working hours

Self development as well as educationally

It is awesome to work here. Daily challenges was a learning curve. I have developed so many relationships within this 11 years. Enjoy working with people. Challenges was having to learn how to adapt to different personalities when I started in HR, but I soon adapted and learned how to accommodate everyone as well as not to loose myself in the process.

Change is good

How does a typical day looks like ? A well organised and planned day where things are done on time, deadlines are met, the job is done and productivity is visible by end of the day. Relationship with co -workers A work relationship should constantly be professional, team work applied at all times where there is support and improved performance. What i have learned? I have learned that change is difficult, but if one does not change at all, it is failing. What i have enjoyed most? Coaching and taking minutes of the meetings held .

Good learning curve

We work hard but I don't think we are being paid enough. The cost of living is too high and with what we are earning we can hardly make ends meet. It is a great company socially you get to make new friends and family as well. The standards are sometimes too high for us and it leads to our managers putting too much pressure on us.

Pros: They offer leaderships
Cons: The salary is too low

Excellent learning

Is a very good company to work for,coworkers and management are very friendly , I have learn a lot and how to handle an angry customers ,what I enjoy most is when my boss said who ever performed more than others get R1000 ,and the most challenging aspects is when you convince unemployed debtor to pay aR50

Be assertive and learning curve

I have learnt alot all this year's within the company, I've learnt to be assertive,how to handle some of the difficult and different problems with customers. The most thing that I enjoy is getting my incentives after my hard for the month. I'm a person who likes to work with people, I can say I'm a team player.

Excellent learning curve

the working environment is much more fun because of the people I work with. I learn alot of different things everyday from my colleagues and the company itself and it also offers lots of opportunity to grow and help with the funding of the studies for the employees. I enjoy my job because it brings more challenges to my attention and allows me to take risks and still do a job well done
