I like the fact that this is a new challenge for me as I had no idea of a call center environment before I worked at mbd. what is exciting about my job is daily targets that one have to reach and competing with fellow employees on reaching the set standards. yes I am not earning well but I am thankful for the opportunity and experience because one can always working his way up through hard work and determination so that one can get a better post and a decent salary. I have learned how to communicate with people from different cultures. What I enjoy most is being kept on my toes to achieve the set goals for the day. What is challenging about this job is that dropped calls, reversals and broken promises.

Excellent learning and developing environment
On a typical day we do debt collections and there is a lot of interactions amongst team members. I have learnt to be open minded and humble In order to deal with pressure. I enjoy being around and interact with different people from different backgrounds. The most challenging aspect about the job is not achieving daily standards and targets.

Working environment is good, but the hours aren't flexible.
Training is excellent. Unflexable hours. If you do not reach your target you have to stay in or work during weekends. You work two different shifts and you must find your own transport.

Gives you opportunity to study through them
Mbd has helped me a lot. Now I know how to Tolerate stress work under pressure. Able to interact with different cultures it has taught me a lot. Am so thankful for it.i know how to reach my daily target how to communicate.. Now I can speak zulu fluently.. I struggled at first but now am so perfect.. Am so thankful.. Thank you mbd.. I've learned a lot from you

Excellent learning and developing environment
At MBD we do debt collections for different companies. On a daily basis we make calls to a number of debtors collecting on their credit that was granted to them, arrange for payments. It is a challenging job just like any other job. What I have learnt is patience, customer service s very important to consider. I enjoy working in a team because we encourage each other in order to be productive on a stressful day. I have a good relationship with my colleagues because without a team one can never be productive.

Good communication and typing skills, a focus and a quick worker, active.
It a target driven place so I have to be persuasive and use a lot of jargons for me to get through the people I speak to . Understand consumers right and be able to talk an type at the same time. Team work is important and the ability to communication with co-workers and at the same time being productive while working alone. Meeting deadlines . I enjoy sharing ideas in success of the business as im the top collector an also learning from others. Before I was there was too passive ,now ive learnt that in life you have to be assertive. When targets are not being met thats my challenge but , I know how to recover.when I walk in I walk in with a smile becouse I alway look forward to a brand new day.

Teamworker,exellent performer.
Work day is always challenging and different each day,love to work with people and love to solve problems to the best of my ability,would like to grow further nd not stay on one position,I have good listening skills,nd always willing to listen to employees,patience plays a big roll in my daily task.
