Excellent learning curve
the working environment is much more fun because of the people I work with. I learn alot of different things everyday from my colleagues and the company itself and it also offers lots of opportunity to grow and help with the funding of the studies for the employees. I enjoy my job because it brings more challenges to my attention and allows me to take risks and still do a job well done

Excellent place to learn debt collection
Fun place to work in. Exciting staff members. I learnt more about the debt collection industry and how to handle typical queries and difficult clients. Trained me on how to motivate people and lead them to ensure success.

Be assertive and learning curve
I have learnt alot all this year's within the company, I've learnt to be assertive,how to handle some of the difficult and different problems with customers. The most thing that I enjoy is getting my incentives after my hard for the month. I'm a person who likes to work with people, I can say I'm a team player.

I am able to work with different personalities in a team and enjoy learning about new things and am abroad adapt to change. I truly enjoyed working redit solutions but I am a very bubbly and humble individual. I am of people from different backgrounds. to the ny suffered a great loss therefore most staff were retrenched. It was a great environment to work in as you get to interact with many different types of people from different backgrounds. to work with different personalities in a team and enjoy learning about new things and am abroad adapt to change. I truly enjoyed working at MBD credit solutions but due to the lockdown the company suffered a great loss therefore most staff were retrenched. It was a great environment to work in as you get to interact with many different types of people from different backgrounds.

Good environment
Excellent work environment Team leaders are the best I have learnt a lot working with different individuals and had learnt alot. Its allows growth within the company and also allows the employers a chance to study further which is an opportunity most company dont offer

Normal environment to work to, if you good at doing your work, you enjoy working there
Good working environment, with great team leaders. They always available to assist when experiencing some problem.th working hours are not long and they alway there to support you if required. Even though there are some superriors whi treat workers badly but the environment is good

Target orientated
I would call a client and make an arrangement based on their debts and inform them of defaulting on their account and making them aware of how much they should pay on their accounts. And sell the benefits of paying their accounts. and also i enjoy the challenges of having to achieve daily targets and monthly targets. Having to have drives and competitions against each other.

It's a good company to work for. They give you the best training ever. Invest in people. Strives in high performance culture. Provides opportunities in growth.Invests in on going staff trainings. Does staff evaluation bi-annually.
