i think by moving to jhb or pretoria i will achieve a lot even growth in the industry because training departments are around those places so it will be easy to attend,i am a team member im patient and i love wirking as a group because we learn from our colleques ,im a hard worker ,easily to understand people and i communicate to others if thete is a problem so that it can be solved

I am a very quick learner and work well within a team as well as on my own

Good
Lancet is a good company to work for. There is a diversity of colour that makes it very nice to be part on the Lancet group. Hoe ever in the Accounts Payable department the Manager is very catfish. She always breaks you down and never sees the good in any human. She is unapproachable, rude and judgemental.

Great relationship with coworkers. Good communication skills. Not judgemental. Most challenging aspect of my job is working night shift which is a twelve hour shift but with the coworkers I have I manange. I work with Corona virus we use manual extraction and amplification to test for Corona.. I have learnt how to polish my skills my pipetting skills have gotten better my knowledge of technical machine is getting better

Good Knowledge gained
Good Day There is good opportunity for gaining knowledge in the company. The staff are good and friendly. Customer Service is in my blood so it gives me an opportunity to do what i love. The cons on working at this specific company is that there is no opportunity for growth. The executive staff such as management are not very supportive of staff which makes the environment to be not conducive for a good working environment.

Excellent learning curve
I am a dynamic Enrolled Nurse bringing 5 years of drawing bloods experience and coordinating with other health workers in the multidisciplinary team. I am an expert in multitasking capable of prioritising safety, accuracy, reliability of specimen collection and transportation. I also have a hospital experience as I have worked in Medical ward, Maternity ward, Trauma Ward, Day ward as well as working in doctor’s rooms as a receptionist and billing assistant.
