Excellent learning curve.

It’s a very nice and good environment but it’s quite difficult for one to grow and be promoted in the company. You might work for the same position for years without promotion

It's all about making money for the company no no cares abouts employees needs and no one listens There is not much growth ,you are kept in one position There is faroratisis Protocols are for certain people to some it doesn't ap

Self motivated

Is been great to working with my colleagues because working together we can achieve more ( tem building relationship ) makes work easily , I do enjoy doing my job because it makes me have costumer focus and Can _do attitude .

Salaries are not the same as in jhb and pretoria

i think by moving to jhb or pretoria i will achieve a lot even growth in the industry because training departments are around those places so it will be easy to attend,i am a team member im patient and i love wirking as a group because we learn from our colleques ,im a hard worker ,easily to understand people and i communicate to others if thete is a problem so that it can be solved

Easy to adapted in a business.

I'm a open door supervisor that make sure the workers under me are happy. Sometime it is challenging with directors, but always have a clear head when handling them.

Pros: This will be a great opportunity to grow even more.

Greetings dear employer I am a slow to speak, quick to listen and slow to anger kind of employee, I am precise in all functions and strive on experience on what works in Harmony in order for the job to be completed accurately. I am sympathetic and empathetic in thus saying I understand there is a fine line inbetween organizational protocols which cannot be compromised and have been put in place for a vast amount of reasons. At the end of it all I look at myself as if I was the owner of the company, how would I want my employee to perform and therefore work at the best of my ability in every task performed. I love the satisfaction that I could help and be the best

I fefer not to talk about the company. Not right thing to do. Yet. Are we good and happy to the pli also know that all is in place. To just do our jobs. No matter what. Very controlled hy risk and have ko in put. ace is ok. happy a job .
