Greetings dear employer I am a slow to speak, quick to listen and slow to anger kind of employee, I am precise in all functions and strive on experience on what works in Harmony in order for the job to be completed accurately. I am sympathetic and empathetic in thus saying I understand there is a fine line inbetween organizational protocols which cannot be compromised and have been put in place for a vast amount of reasons. At the end of it all I look at myself as if I was the owner of the company, how would I want my employee to perform and therefore work at the best of my ability in every task performed. Everyday is a learning day at lancet
Working at lancet makes you looking at the world differently as we deal with sick patients everyday and making sure their doctors get the results on time meeting new people and building new relationship everyday, the people I work with are a family we work hand in hand and starve to be better everyday. Ive learnt that life is too short to be unhappy and lancet has thought me that. I've enjoyed being part off something that made or makes a differents in someone's life like someone finding out the having a baby that joy in there eyes is priceless. The most chellenaging part off my job was making sure everything was done before I got off work that I didn't forget anything I would go over and over my notes just too make sure I did my best.

Good company
"Good to work with not the best as far as salary goes but its decent enough to carry on. For a company moving from local to international trend really can improve on salary scale considering the volume of work for a private entity.
Pros: Good start up career
Cons: Cleaning company staff may be uneasy to communicate with at times.

Great place to work
I love working with number. i look forward to a typical day at work because I do a lot of adhoc reporting. Lancet has given me many opportunities and i have come as far as i cam. I have build an excellent team over the years. The most challenging is the limited resources.

Great learning experiences
It is a great place to learn certain qualities eg working under pressure and meeting dealings. Making sure that the core customers receive the products they need for better health opportunity. You learn the importance of working together with people to attain a common goal make Laboratories function effectively and efficiently.

Its a good stepping stone to learn
Im a hard worker. Im fun to work with but also driven to succeed. You can learn so much at lancet. They give you endless training to succeed. I have been there for two years and im in line for a supervisor role. I am now able to train others in our line of work.

My topical day at Lancet Laboratories
To work at Lancet is not every day the same. You learn every day something new at Lancet. The people who I'm working with are very helpful. It is important that you must be able to work hard and make sure you do not miss out on tests that are requested. Read your forms and be accurate on what you type. My coworkers will ask me to help them with the work and I am always willing to help out if needed. To be busy at the work is good for the company. The most challenging for me is to work with people who are willing to work hard and be themselves. I am confident, self-motivated, trustworthy individual with over 14 years of administrative, 4 years of secretarial and 3 years of managerial experience in the health as well as accounting industry. Experience in switchboard, appointment bookings, typing, cashiering, accounting, banking, budgets and people management. Commissioner of oaths, Complete Sage Pastel Partner Practitioner Course V14.

Great Learning opportunity given
Great Learning opportunity given at the beginning of working in the Payroll department as a junior payroll administrator which was in 2014 as a Temp and then they took me permanent as my contract ended in July of the same year as an Administrator, I was then moved to the HR Services department that's where my HR knowledge was expanded where I got exposed to Recruitment and Industrial work. My typical work day depends on what time of the month we are in as it usually gets busy the 2 last weeks of the month with Interviews and everything that comes with it(travelling to sites, scheduling of interviews, reference checks etc.) then during the 1st week that's where things are a bit stable and then I get to do my filing, attend meetings, staff complains, updating of employee details etc. I enjoy every aspect of my job because without the experience I wouldn't have learnt half the things I've learnt till this day.

Learning curve
No opportunity for growth which is demotivatin as you are not working towards furthering your career. Workload is extremely high with minimum staff causing many of my staff memembers to burn out.
Pros: Medical aid and pention
Cons: Lack of staff, management does not involve thems elves wit have staff on the ground. Not interested in staff suggestions

Fast learner,I like to think smart
Hard worker I love challenge willing to learn something new everyday, I had learned to work as a team and value everyone on your team and to have a good communication with the company, and everything is important that means to pay attention everything especial when you are trying or capturing information because your mistake can cause life.
