Great environment to grow and develop your career

KPMG, is a good Firm to work for. I am given the platform to groom and guide Interns regarding their soft skills e.g emotional intelligence. -Very diverse group of colleagues , which helps me and motivates me to be diverse and learn more about other south African cultures - I have learnt to think on my feet and realise that My personal brand should always be in line with the values of the organisation -I enjoy meeting different individuals and watching them grow in their career -Trying not to take my work personally or taking the people's issues home

Life at kpmg

I interact a lot with clients. My day to day work is to obtain audit evidence to perform my audit procedures to ensure that financial statements do not have any material misstatements. My relationship with my coworkers is quite professional. I’ve learnt a lot of leadership and coaching qualities. I enjoy working in a team. The most challenging aspect is dealing with a difficult client. Cause difficulty comes in all shapes and sizes

Global Mobility Officer

Dealing with internal and international client. Amending and updating assignees timesheets while on secondment. Drafting Terms and Conditions letter and Cost Sharing Agreements. Following up on fully signed documents. On boarding process for assignees coming to South Africa. Working with the USA data base "Link", Oracle and Taleo. Challenging is getting approvals from international partner due to time difference. International invoicing during busy season programme.

Driven, always learning, work under pressure

A typical work day involves meeting with resources, keeping them motivated and assisting them in completing their tasks for the day. reviewing outputs. I have learnt conflict management, I enjoy meeting stakeholder requirements, the most challenging aspect of the job is doing tasks better and more efficiently without compromising quality.
