Dealing with customers requires you to be energetic and enthusiasm which I'm made off.
I have been doing business administration which focuses more on how to build a business brand which strongly relates to marketing. I am a suitable candidate because i am goal drive, enjoys a challenge when having to think strategically in order to accomplish tasks, good interpersonal skills and confident in producing expected results. I am good at handling customers and obey business ethics. I've worked at companies that require you to stand out on what you can offer and work individually under alot of pressure which developed my skills on how to work under pressure. My goal is to enhance business satisfaction at the same time gain more interpersonal skills and experience. I enjoy learning new things and different ways of thinking which allows me to be more flexible when dealing with customers.

Hard driven personality
Had to work to make a team target just to get a log off time to go home. I'm able to work with my Co workers no matter what problems I'm facing,being able to put my differences aside, assist were I'm needed being loved and showed care for. I've leant that no matter what problems u have never to bring it to work cause that will disable you to work with your co-worker. Able to work under pressure with the team. I enjoy being at work with the people that are able to give all the love of the job.

Good
I've gained experience cause I started working there without having experience as a sales agent but now m good at what I do......but I didn't like about it was the management they didn't treat us well ....sometimes they will let us stay behind even wen it late without informing us

Well, a typical day in my shoes goes a little something like this...
The description of my job is that i am a telesales agent that needs to call up people in the uk and create enough excitement and interest. I learnt alot about the uk culture and that end of the day no matter which part of the world you from, we all human beings with the same common goal when it comes to being a customer... And that's to get our money's worth.The thing i enjoy the most about my job is when i get over a really difficult situation or customer that was not interested at all but some how i managed to turn that around just by having a real conversation and identifying with them... There no feeling like that in the world!!!. The most challenging aspects of my work is when you having a really slow day and you behind the mark, that can be really demoralizing but you just need to pick yourself up there and then and know that everyone faces challenges with life and its not about the problem you face but how you overcome it!!

No opportunities to grow and long hours
Very big company.They do two weeks of training then you must go and do Sign offs before you go to the floor.They have long hours and no opportunities to grow within the company.There are great incentives and a good attendance bonus.

Good Incentive process
I feel under paid for the amount of work load I put in, we have alot of processes and procedures and very short deadlines. The company doesn't provide us wit a bonus , the comm structure is all nonsense. We suppose to be providing uncapped comm, with the deductions that we have in place a person can take home close to nothing. Being at ignition I did learn alot thou, I have become the person I am, worked my way up to positions some I was told does not have a higher salary and was stuck to a salary under R3500. The thing I liked aswell about ignition is that we promote internal first before taking on external people but the salary is very low

Needs a vibrant personality
