Excellent learning curve

It was an open environment whereby I can be able to communicate not only with employees but my superiors as well. I have learnt that you should always push yourself inorder to reach out for what you dream of. Most challenging days at work would be thinking out of the box but also meeting the needs of a customer

Pros: Great opportunity to try something new , who knows if you do your job and excel since its a bog company I might get a better position. Growing with the company has always been something I wanted

Excellent learning experience of the work environment

Typical work day is sales in the morning till late and trying to push for target. Relationship with co workers is great Ive learnt patience and good sales skills I enjoy interacting wth different people on a regular basis Difficult customers

Learning curve

• SQL development ( creating and updating tables, inserting into tables) • Perform and execute data extraction, transformation and loading using ETL tools • Distributing Data for call Centre agents to dial • Provide data management support to users • Resolve end user problems • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects • Prepare documentations and specifications • Cleaning Excel files • Sending monthly and weekly reports • Importing (Excel).csv to the database • Create reports on Power BI

Hard worker

Excellent learning curve

I have learned a great deal in my employment and education to date, including youth development campaigns, corporate and entertainment related fields of work, all of which I am eager to use on behalf of your company and its clients. As you can see from my CV I have dabbled in many fields of work and have a strong desire to use my expertise to any important benefit. I am an accomplished individual with a strong desire to succeed and lead others to that same destination. My ability to negotiate with clients, work as a team player and meet deadlines, along with my natural enthusiasm and optimism, have all contributed to my successes in various fields. Challenging sales environment

It's a high pressure call centre with generated leads. Targets and campains change from time to time. Commissions are quite low as you have to reach a certain target before you get paid for commission. There's also a lot of deductions based on the quality of sales as well as attendance. All in all its a very challenging place to work at.

Pros: Opportunity for growth is there.
Cons: Lots od deductions from commission.

I am gained a lot of experience

Its a very busy environment and I conduct a +-5 discipline hearings in 1 day. I have amazing team and management that I work with. I have learnt more about different types of policies that should followed.I love the people work with and management style. It is a very good company to work for. I feel that its been a great challenge working night shift because it has a lot of side effects to a persons body.

Good learning

Fun environment gaining more skills and experience everyday, I've learnt a lot skills that i didn't know i have. Team work taught me alot how to engage with other's ideas. However it is a bit challenging at first but as you get along you enjoy the challenge.
