As a person I'm a hardworking,self driven, fast learner. I could say I'm self motivated I always want the best for myself forwhich I strive myself into always working hard. People do find me as a cool and blubbly person to work with.. I am a positive individual.

Growth in progress

A typical work day includes making sure that at the end of a day you have to meet up with your target or just excel at it. If you happen to struggle with meeting your target, if a co-worker has reached their then they sometimes help you where you're failing. Working at a call Centre teaches patience and that not everyone is your friend or that not everyone will like and that people actually don't necessarily have the time to speak to you or don't want to at all no matter how much you give it your all.

Excellent communication skills,fast learner and self organized

I close calls and convert leads to sales,most challenging aspect is having to be on a serious call and capture the necessary details accurately at once.I have to tolerate all my customers because some are more difficult then others hence I need to blend in so customers are more comfortable and gain their trust.. I have good telephone etiquette and good listening and or communication skills.Employees are more open to employers and vice versa. At the end of the day one is exhausted but looking forward to the next day because you are money driven. And after all, a happy worker is a productive worker

Excellent learning opportunity

I have gained knowledge in Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint, customer care experience and delivery dispatch experience. The company provides stability and decent shifts. I have a great relationship with my team and supervisor, they keep me going through the day.

Pros: Normal working hours-no shifts, team work, job stability.
Cons: Low salary, no promotion opportunities, no long term benefits.

Excellent learning curve

It was an open environment whereby I can be able to communicate not only with employees but my superiors as well. I have learnt that you should always push yourself inorder to reach out for what you dream of. Most challenging days at work would be thinking out of the box but also meeting the needs of a customer

Pros: Great opportunity to try something new , who knows if you do your job and excel since its a bog company I might get a better position. Growing with the company has always been something I wanted
Cons: Working long hours, expected to meet campaign targets every month.

Excellent learning experience of the work environment

Typical work day is sales in the morning till late and trying to push for target. Relationship with co workers is great Ive learnt patience and good sales skills I enjoy interacting wth different people on a regular basis Difficult customers

• SQL development ( creating and updating tables, inserting into tables) • Perform and execute data extraction, transformation and loading using ETL tools • Distributing Data for call Centre agents to dial • Provide data management support to users • Resolve end user problems • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects • Prepare documentations and specifications • Cleaning Excel files • Sending monthly and weekly reports • Importing (Excel).csv to the database • Create reports on Power BI

Pros: Thinking on your feet all the time
Cons: Working under pressure all the time
