working for sprint was all about culture. people first before anything. team work above all. daily meetings . best practice sharing. stricing for one goal always and to suceed as a unit.

Great experience
The most challenging aspects is trying to lure customers into taking the phone contract and the worst part is when you have to get the account number.i had the best time working there,I love team work so my teammates were the best they nurtured me and helped me everytime I needed help.. the good thing was that the commission was uncapped.. the thing I enjoyed the most was the incentives.

Perfect call centre for experienced sales people
This company pays green in terms of your commission. A typical work day is always heated up due to the high tempo on the sales floor. I had a great relationship with almost all my Co workers. I learned alot of skills in terms of sales and how to change a persons mind with words. The thing is enjoyed the most about ignition was speaking to customers and putting the numbers up on the board. The most challenging aspect is to convert sales on lower end traffic as these customers are people in vast areas and have bad credit.
Pros: Great opportunity to make commission.
Cons: The company can move to a different department whenever they need staff.

Self driven
As a person I'm a hardworking,self driven, fast learner. I could say I'm self motivated I always want the best for myself forwhich I strive myself into always working hard. People do find me as a cool and blubbly person to work with.. I am a positive individual.

Energetic and friendly environment
Was full of energetic and friendly faces, target driven and money hungry agents.. I learnt to work under pressure and meet my daily goals. I enjoyed most when we were recognized for our hard work, getting incensitives

Great space for experience
Ii wouldn't recommend anyone to work there, when I first started there the salary was R2750 per month, ignition is the lowest paying company in south africa. We only received the R3500 when it was protested but other than that we'd still be underpaid.

Working with customers has always been nice with me.
My company has always been great with me. Especially as I am now handle supervisor queries. I trust my company believes in me enough to put me in this role. I have learner a love like patients and Ignition group is like now. But looking for something more challenging will make me grow mentally
