Been given Bursary to further my studies

My day to day work is to ensure that I do planning of what I will do that day. Hold a brief meeting with co-workers. Monitor and evaluate tasks given and tasks that were not accomplished. Way forward on how to execute outstanding tasks. My relationship with my co-workers is somewhat interesting since I am working with different characteristics. It teaches you interpersonal skills whereby you need to deal with each character differently. I am a people's person, that is why I chose the Human Resource field. Challenges are everywhere, but mostly the most challenging aspects of my job is that when my business partners are not co operating with regard to adhering to policies and meeting deadlines.

Pros: I was promoted fairly and absorbed since intenship. i was given a fair opportunity to grow within the company
Cons: 8hours

I learned how to deal with many employees in one place

I have seen and learned a lot of things in the public sector and I think Im am ready to go and gain experience in the private sector ,at time it was nice to extra mile work until 6pm without overtime and with my team work along side every target we set was accomplished. I have done almost all sections like recruitment and selection , resignation and retirement , salary admin , leave administration , labour relations and health and wellness.

Pros: You gain more experience and working in the public sector you get an opportunity to learn new things and see how other departments lease with human resources to make an organization go forward.
Cons: Working long hours is something I got used to sometimes you find and interview is talking long and it pass time of going home we have to add some hours.

Learning a lot everyday as I deal with different conditions.

I work in Labour ward which is a very busy and exhausting department. As colleagues we have a very strong relationship as we work in teams of 6 or 7 and groups of 4.Have learnt to work very well in a team and how to do my job excellently.I enjoy working with people and meeting new people everyday. The most challenging aspect is to make sure you do your job in the best way ever and do total patient care holistically for the mother and baby during Labour and after Labour .

Pros: Great learning opportunity as we deal with different conditions everyday.
Cons: Long working hours where you stand on your feet for long hours.
