Great learning curve

The days that I worked at Game was very amazing , I have learned a lot about retail and merchandising and I also had a very good relationship with my team members , management and so forth . I have learned a lot and what I enjoyed the most was helping customers .

No growth

I enjoy helping others.its the overs and unders thats challenging because when the cashier is short or over it becomes a problem.Though we don't think the same as collegues but I made sure to keep positivity and do the best of my capability and there are hardships but we learn.I always keep in mind the policies of the company first.its not easy to deal with different kinds of people and being a sales person because you always have to answer whether it is right or wrong because you always have to deal with difficult customers that will make sure to distract your day but I keep calm and focus on the positiveness and always handle every situation good and move on.

Pros: there is no growth
Cons: hours are being cut off

Good experience skills

Working at Game made me developed as lot of skills. Skills like customer service, banking, planning, organising and acknowledging different personalities. Managing companies budget and reducing the lost. I believe I can be a good asset to any company or department because of my skills that I gained.

Dedicated to my job

I work with customers everyday and I meet different challenges where I learn from them and I am a person with patience because I sometimes meet difficult customers and I know how to handle the situation

I am assertive,

I walk all my department in the morning, give them their tasks for the day. I check the departments for neatness. I then check the systems to see if everything is clear from the previous day. We have our morning management meetings. My day to day tasks are to do checks and balances on my departments paperwork, I do 14 audits a month which is done within one month throughout the store which i split up per day. I check mails and reply on all feedbacks requested, I spent time at my checkouts to ensure my cashier are giving the service they should I will relieve my supervisors for their lunch breaks. At the end of the day I end my day the same I started it go check my departments and greet my team.

Pros: Game is look after their staff.
Cons: Long working hours.

Commitment and good listening skills

I am Kganye who's who is so determine over the work that I'll be doing. I'm always on time making sure I dedicate my integrity in what has been expected from me. I communicate well with management, treats customers with respect as I'm dedicate this to you guys to show my ability of strength in the work i do.

I am a woman of character, with lively personality and excellent sense of humour. My extensive working experience in customer services has cultivated within me. Excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a customer focused perspective. I am a hard working woman, I have integrity, I am very organised and I love sales. I have learnt to manage my time effectively, prioritising my work load according to set a deadline. I am a computer literate, proficient in Microsoft office applications. I am currently seeking a challenging position that will enable me to expand my horizon, expand my skills and help me develop a long rewarding career in sales and servicing within a progressive company or government departments.

Good communicator

i am a motivated person and i enjoy working with people. my relationship with my co-worker is very good because we are a team and together we can learn from others. two minds is better than one.i learned so much from my work because at first it was hard for me to socialize with people i don't know, but now i can socialize with everyone with no fear and i really enjoy that .
