There's no grow in the company and no opportunity for me as candidate because they donthink want to make permanent staff the reason for that is they want to save where they can so no growth is taking place in the comapany. They don't pay you for what you cable of doing they under pay you for your experience. They use you to help out but do not appreciate your contribution towards the company
Pros: you don't feel appreciated for what you are doing
Cons: no overtime is being paid and when you do you get time of

Excellent learning curve in terms of customer service
Retail is hard. It requires passion and dedication. You need to be willing to be flexible by working for king hours, sacrificing your lunch break when the store is busy etc. Well on the positive side, I have learnt alot about customer service as it plays an essential role on the company.
Pros: Free snacks when sales targets are met

Excellent learning curve
it was an excellent experience to work at game because i was able to rotate withing the company and that taught me a lot from receiving and dispatching to the sales and customer service

I itumeleng very fast minded guy who adopts the task and duties given and make sure that the company develop and achieve the goals of the company.making sure that the customer or client receive the best product and service of the company.i have good communication skills by listening attentively and speak effectively to the customer.according to my knowledge experience obtained from school has made me apply my skills.im humble loving and caring person who loves working with different kinds of religion. Great working environment, supportive managers
Great organization to work for. Employees are helpful and willing to rope you in as a young professional. Development opportunities can be better in terms of career pathong. It seems as if one can reach their growth ceiling quickly. The There are a lot of changes with communication at times unclear they are trying but there is a lot of uncertainty uncertainty

Learning how to work with different people
A typical work day would consist out of ensuring that shelves are stocked and that the items are priced correct, I also had to build items like gym equipment and gas braai's for display purposes, and to maintain a high level of customer service. My relationship with my co-workers is very good ,we have a good working relationship and we work as a team to ensure that the work needs to be done. I enjoyed working with different types of people and the fact that I could use my initaitive and be creative when it came to merchandising my departments I work in. The most challenging part is the long shifts I have to work.

Gained new skills
In my daily job I deals with different types customers looking to purchase a phone or to take out a contract. Have to deal with misprinted information and incorrect pricing. I work closely with my colleges especially when we need to solve a situation involving a customer. We all get along quite well. I've learnt how to adapt to situation and that a helping hand can really go a long way. I've learnt very important when working with people around you especially customers. The difficult part of the job is trying to please an extremely unsatisfied customer and making sure everyday receives the best service.
