Hard working lady who is eager to learn
I was a cashier who also worked in the front desk when the receptionist was off, I regard myself as a hard worker, have the drive to be the best in everything I put my mind to. I can adapt easily, I pay great detail to what I do and i am a fast learner.

I am go getter and i welling to learn
i am welling to learn and to work even if i have to work shifts or extra hours. my relationship with my co-workers is good and i like to work as a group because u can learn from other people. i learned to communicate with other people as im dealing with customer day by day

I’m eager to learn more as I got knowledge of dispatching as well and supervising off staff
I start off my date preparing my schedules for receiving and checking schedule delivery. I will receive a warehouse truck and deliver it then scann all the stock that I received with the warehouse truck . After 9 I’ll start receiving stock from supplier and check the invoice against the purchase order of the company with a security officer I’ve got good relationships with my co workers and with my suppliers . The key thing I’ve learnt respect your work place because it’s your second house so house keeping is very important. The only challenges I have when I only focus on one thing and I’ll end off my day with house keeping

Grown and developed my career in admin
Company trains you to work in all departments and is a great opportunity to start of a career in retail. Typical work day usually entails alot of challenges and no two days are ever the same. Co workers can be pleasant but things also tend to get very personall.

A wonderful working environment.
the team work was wonderful, because we used to fill in different positions and the management wanted us to be spontaneous and give out our point of view, it showed how much they cared for their workers .The managers made our job easier by communicating in a good manner with us and it actually motivated me to perform better not for a reward but to also increase the skills that i have obtained. The challenges we came across were always look out for robbers reason being we were accountable for any loss.

Not good for what I do.
I should earn a little more for what I put in to the company. I do alot off work I do house keeping over see the staff i work with perform their duties and make sure a customer fully understands their contract before signing it and that they receive a copy and do a follow up on the customers.
Pros: I'm a people's person I love keeping my customers happy.
Cons: I don't mind working overtime at least if I get a Sunday off for church.

Great learning experience.
A typical work day as a cashier is to count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts and at the end of the day. It is also about greeting customers, scanning goods, identifying prices of goods / services, processing sales or other transactions as well as issuing money. My relationship with co-workers are really good. I have learnt how to interact and deal with customers as well as how to solve problems and think critically. I enjoy the environment, the co-workers, the learning experiences and so forth. The most challenging aspect I'd say is trying to remain calm in difficult situations, in terms of being a cashier as well as dealing with terrible customers.

Cons: Lack of growth opportunities, overworked and underpaid.

Dedicated to my job
I work with customers everyday and I meet different challenges where I learn from them and I am a person with patience because I sometimes meet difficult customers and I know how to handle the situation
