Excellent Customer work exposure

The working environment is a very busy and demanding which enables one to gain skills of working under presssure. It allows a great deal of customer one on one interaction which result into provision and understanding the needs of each customers and good sales. We meet different people with different problems and that makes each interaction different from costomers to customer and that forces you to be accomadative and put their needs first regardless of the treatment you receive from them, that can be fraustrating and disturbing at times especially is one is not used to the kind of working environment This type of working environment has tought me resiliance, patience, pay attention to detail, problem solving and work ethical conducts.

Pros: Getting an opportunity to lead and manage departments
Cons: Pressure, demand and long working hours

Not good for what I do.

I do alot for what I earn yet I do not complain. Work is hard 2 get but work very hard I enjoy my work very much but I need growth and there is no growth. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues. I love keeping my customers happy and they always ask for me to assist at the cellphone counter. Hens I listen to what they want and make sure they understand what they sign for. And allow them to call me if they don't understand anything. And I do a follow up with them. The challenges I expriance is dealing with a angry customer that one off my teams have dealt with and make sure their problem is solved as soon as possible.

Pros: I'm a people's person I love keeping my customers happy.
Cons: I don't mind working overtime at least if I get a Sunday off for church.

There always joy to us as team members I've learnt a lot, like customer service.. working with others.. What I enjoy most is what I learn more every day Working on different departments is the most challenging aspects....

No growth

I enjoy helping others.its the overs and unders thats challenging because when the cashier is short or over it becomes a problem.Though we don't think the same as collegues but I made sure to keep positivity and do the best of my capability and there are hardships but we learn.I always keep in mind the policies of the company first.its not easy to deal with different kinds of people and being a sales person because you always have to answer whether it is right or wrong because you always have to deal with difficult customers that will make sure to distract your day but I keep calm and focus on the positiveness and always handle every situation good and move on.

Pros: there is no growth
Cons: hours are being cut off

Commitment and good listening skills

I am Kganye who's who is so determine over the work that I'll be doing. I'm always on time making sure I dedicate my integrity in what has been expected from me. I communicate well with management, treats customers with respect as I'm dedicate this to you guys to show my ability of strength in the work i do.

Excellent Customer Service

Good customer service

I've learned so much...on how to treat customers..working with teams respecting one another..I enjoyed games we used to play on weekends before the shop open..customers sometimes are very difficult but we have to treat them good with respect and show them that we are happy to see them and they are very important to us

My journey with customers

I have been in the retail for more than two years and those year I have learned a lot about my self team member and most of all customers, I enjoy working with my team members because I know when we work as a team we do thing quickly ,the customer service help me with knowing the act of the industry and I love the customers as much as some of them are rude but I enjoyed helping each one of them.The most challenging part for it when u help the customer and then the customer say you don't know what you talking about can u call your manager and when call the manager he want the store manager and when he or she can't get what he wants he wants the head office number those are the hard customers

I've got to grow with the company with the first year

Game is a great company to work for that take care of the work not every day is n good day due to the country financial struggle. The team is supportive bt not close only when it benifit them from a management level the assistance is there but we have few staff hours being cut due to store not making turnover I personally enjoy working here u get to deal with different people you build relationships with customers that makes them coming back. The only thing that hidders me from doing my job is low stock quantity, system delaying, wht I've learned so far is tht not everyone has the strength to push themselves to a higher level and not willing to gain knowledge which is not a big deal as most products are self help items.

Not bad

Its bit more challenging to work with some of my core workers because some they mean but some they are very good but what I like most about my job is they teach you everything you learn everything and they teach you on how to work as hard as you can actually they create professional out of you but what hindering me most about my job the salary is too low
