Not good for what I do.
I do alot for what I earn yet I do not complain. Work is hard 2 get but work very hard I enjoy my work very much but I need growth and there is no growth. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues. I love keeping my customers happy and they always ask for me to assist at the cellphone counter. Hens I listen to what they want and make sure they understand what they sign for. And allow them to call me if they don't understand anything. And I do a follow up with them. The challenges I expriance is dealing with a angry customer that one off my teams have dealt with and make sure their problem is solved as soon as possible.
Pros: I'm a people's person I love keeping my customers happy.
Cons: I don't mind working overtime at least if I get a Sunday off for church.

I am go getter and i welling to learn
i am welling to learn and to work even if i have to work shifts or extra hours. my relationship with my co-workers is good and i like to work as a group because u can learn from other people. i learned to communicate with other people as im dealing with customer day by day

Excellent amount of experience
My typical daily tasks are to assist with customers, packing stock on shelves, counting stock, shelve labelling, customer service, dealing with difficult customers, maintain clean department. I have a very good relationship with team members, always assist others. I assist relieving reception, answering busy switchboard and I help out as a cashier. I am a good team player and work well under pressure. Im always willing to learn and help out in different departments to gain experience. I also do have relevant experience as a receptionist from previous jobs. I have experience in call centre working as a debt collector. I have worked as a consultant doing loans.

Good communicator
i am a motivated person and i enjoy working with people. my relationship with my co-worker is very good because we are a team and together we can learn from others. two minds is better than one.i learned so much from my work because at first it was hard for me to socialize with people i don't know, but now i can socialize with everyone with no fear and i really enjoy that .

I am a conscientious person who works hard an pays attention to detail.
Everyday is almost the same where I deal with customers personally and telephonically which I enjoy . I am a friendly peoples person which helps me deal with difficult customers. Sometimes my job can be a bit stressful but because of my self motivation I overcome it. I get on with all my co-workers and I have learnt alot from them . The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing the expression or hearing the voice of a satified customer that I have helped. The most challenging part of the job is when a co-worker speaks lies to a customer and you have to correct is mistakes.

Excellent learning curve
i work at a fairly large company with staff at the region of 150 people mostly deal with the staff queries when they have problem i am mostly their first point of contact. i deal with export of hours and make sure that everyone gets paid accordingly at the end of the month and at the end of the week.i control petty cash and the control of daily expenses in the store. i am a very welcoming person. in the position i am in, i have to be welcoming and able to listen to the queries of every member in the store. i have learnt to be patient in everything i do. i have learnt that deadlines are most important and time management is of essence when working in an environment that is demanding. the most challenging part of working in the environment is that you deal with a lot of duties at the same time and one has to be able to give time to every aspect of the job. i enjoy dealing with people with different personalities and from different walks of life as one learns a lot through people.

No growth
I enjoy helping others.its the overs and unders thats challenging because when the cashier is short or over it becomes a problem.Though we don't think the same as collegues but I made sure to keep positivity and do the best of my capability and there are hardships but we learn.I always keep in mind the policies of the company first.its not easy to deal with different kinds of people and being a sales person because you always have to answer whether it is right or wrong because you always have to deal with difficult customers that will make sure to distract your day but I keep calm and focus on the positiveness and always handle every situation good and move on.
