complying with early morning receiving process, checking schedule to determine how many staff members will i be working with for the day, planning for the day, monitoring the receiving processes as the receiving staff members receive delivery trucks, monitoring that cold chain process are adhered to. Checking if the previous locking team did adhere to store locking procedures. Signing attendance registers for cleaning, security and maintenance. Singing off reports and invoices. Checking hand over books of all departments. Floor walks and maintenance inspections.

Learnt alot from previous company, looking for a new challenge
I learnt alot from previous job, made me grow. Now I'm looking for a new challenge new experience. Hopefully that will be with your company. I am a fast learner, willing to start learning as soon as possible. I good with people aswell a peoples person some might say, but also a hard worker.Thank u

Excellent learning curve
I completed my training in August and started to work as an a Health and safety auditor. Then I was apportioned as a produce department manager then after three month I became a grocery manager. I also work as an acting assistance manager.
Pros: Promised opportunity but salary remains the same.moved up to position but salary remains

Good working place
I enjoyed working with them as I was doing my best to the company.Helping customer and knowing the exact same problem you are dealing with.The management was great and the environment was good to work with/for.Handling customer and making sure that they are satisfied and also knowing what to expect from them.

I am a hardworking person,I am friendly and like to joke with my colleagues
I worked as a cashier , I am counting stock every Sunday. I enjoy being around my work colleagues . I work from 8- 6 some times 8- 7 or a late shift from 11- 19 transport is very hectic. I have to walk about 20 minutes to bus stop

I love buying.
I manage a team of 7 people and i also do buying for Edibles Groceries. I was fortunate to get promoted to senior buyer after one year of joining the group. I have learned a lo on this role as i am now more involved in the store opening process and seeing a store grow. I am responsible for on shelf availability, sales and Margin. I am very passionate about buying and i enjoy it a lot, i love to open stores and seeing the growth in the business. I am very flexible i adapt quickly to new situations, although I am involved with foods i can easy adapt to other products as the buying principles are the same What i enjoy more about my role is the negotiating part.

I always have a positive attitude and I work well under pressure alone, or as a team.
I am highly motivated, able to learn quickly and enjoy being challenged. I have the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team of people, delegate work and explain ideas.

Salaries differs from those in Gauteng.
Have been working for the company since 2009 and surely I am experienced to do my job. The problem with the company, they do not have training facilities for employees. That sometimes hinders performance. We worked as a team m=with my co-workers, consulting and finalizing. Everyday job to be accomplished before leaving. I learnt a lot about HR administrative management jobs. Enjoyed Analysing and making notes on end of Period GL Account Comparative Expenditure (Fixed or Variables).
Pros: When the Company expanded to a corporate, I found a chance for promotion
